Great deal on a major appliance.Paid extra for them to pick-up the old unit.Delivery Men came before expected date. Pause.Installed the new unit .Oh yeah and they wore shoe covers because it rained that day!!! Thanks.Wide selection of merchandise. The staff were very helpful while I was making a selection!

First of all, this store has employees that steal from within the company. I placed an order for $141, but due to life circumstances, I couldn't make it into the store. The product sat on the shelves for about two weeks, and a return was never processed. Suddenly, the product "went missing", and a specific employee (I know who it is) then manually marked the product as "released to customer" and I was charged for it! When I went to the store to try and sort this out, the manager was vague and avoided the topic, but only gave weak "apologies" and only THEN did they offer a refund. I could tell they were avoiding the real issue at hand, which is that my product suddenly went missing AND I was charged for it. I came back the next evening to try and speak with a different manager but instead found very little help. Every employee I approached just said "I don't know" and "I'm not even sure there is any manager here" and such types of responses. After going around the store and trying to talk to anyone who might help out, suddenly an egregiously-natured, aggressive female, who was wearing no clothing, vests, hats, nor employee card to indicate who she was, aggressively approached me with a hard look, and with a loud voice she said "You're going to have to leave. NOW." I assumed she didn't know my situation, and tried to explain to her that I need a manager, to deal with a bad situation and possible (likely) employee theft, and she instantly avoided the issue, but repeated I leave. You could tell she "knew" the topic, but was dodging it. I tried to ask if she's a manager or in charge, and calmly asked for her name, she angrily said she did not want to give her name and then started making disparaging, personal comments and insults about me. I said again that I just want to discuss this with any manager or supervisor, and she threatened to call the police. Incredible! You could tell by her nature, her insulting speech, her facial expressions, and mean mug stares that she KNEW what I was talking about -- employees stole my order and then manually marked it as "released" -- and you could tell she was dodging the issue. Again, this store has terrible customer support, and all but certain has people stealing WITHIN the store -- from customers! Only after going to the store and pressing the issue, did I receive a refund, and I never got to see the product. I also got no clarity for the fact that I was charged EVEN THOUGH I never even saw or attempted to get the product -- that's called stealing. Had I not gone to the store, and have to put up with this, my product was stolen and my credit card charge, and I had to endure being treated this way!

I visited the Home Depot on 91 Colma Blvd to buy some tools and gardening supplies. I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, the wide selection of products, and the clean and organized store. The staff helped me find what I needed and answered all my questions. They also offered me some tips and advice on how to use the tools and plants I bought. The store had everything I was looking for, from power tools and hardware to flowers and pots. The prices were reasonable and the quality was good. I also liked that they accepted credit cards and mobile payments1. The parking lot was spacious and easy to access. I had a great shopping experience at this Home Depot and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs home improvement or gardening supplies.

Ordering carpet has been a truly terrible experience. Paid the measurement service, and since then been wasting hours over the phone, and still no resolution and no clear timeline of when the “technical” issue in their system will be resolved.I’d avoid Home Depot’s carpet services.

Staff was surprisingly helpful when I was looking for a dehumidifier. I stopped coming to this location for a couple of reasons, but it seems like they have turned a corner. I will come back for future projects I have planned for the spring.

Grateful for William. The other day my friend and I were looking to replace blinds in one of the rooms in my house. William came to our rescue. He showed us that the measurements on the box had a certain amount of give. He showed us the real measurements which is exactly what we needed. Back at home I was a Lowe's customer and now that I am in California, i am switching to Home Depot. So far everyone I asked a question, they have been kind and helpful. Excellent service.
