I would not do business with Home Depot ever again unless they stop using OnTrac delivery service. I have never had a package stolen from UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx. First OnTrac delivery and it gets stolen. For that I'm out of $107. Their service sucks Home Depot! Look at all this complaints of lost package.

Devan in the plumbing department was so helpful and kind. After trying to find a washer that might work on an old, out-of-production leaky faucet, he recommended a couple of fixes that will keep the faucet running a bit longer. When other customers approached us, he was able to multi-task and get all of us what we needed. Great customer service!

Love going here. Especially their kids workshop. My son always enjoy the workshops. Very friendly staff. Things are easy to find.

Give me a hard time when I try to return some items I just brought from another Home Depot. Very bad customer service.

every first saturday of each month we attend the Kids Workshop. Roland, Normita, and Miss Nelda are the absolute best. They're so friendly and helpful with the kids and all the mayhem and chaos on those busy saturday mornings! and they do it all with a smile and laughter. My son looks forward to these workshops every month!

Home Depot Pro is lacking in customer service. Waited for over 45 minutes to get a board cut. Service desk paged for lumber associates multiple times.

On the way from the airport we stopped at Home Depot Colma California as we had to purchase a window shade and return some tiles. A chubby woman by the name of Julia at the return booth was chit chatting with a customer at least for 15 minutes when her companion took care of five customers. When it was our turn she started slamming the boxes of tiles like a nut case. I thought to myself I'm glad she doesn't work for me. Obviously she did not care. Then we went to get a shade for my room. A young Asian woman named Paula was too put out to take care of a white couple. She sent us out our merry go way while talking to a friend By the way everybody working in the store was Asian. We basically were treated that way because we are a white minority. I love Home Depot I am a pro reward customer but that woman should work at a nail salon.

Been here probably a dozen times since my bathroom remodel. When I came to pick up my double vanity, Tristan was super friendly and helpful. He was patient with us (we're super indecisive people) since we ordered 4 different vanities. He made sure to open all of them for us without damaging any of them, made sure we liked it and refunded us for the ones we didn't want. He doesn't shy away from getting his hands dirty! When we went to look at the vanities in the back, they were stacked on top of each other and he made sure we got a good look at them after we opened before we made our final decision. Not once did Tristan rushed us or tried to dodge us like employees normally try to do in retail. Overall very happy with my experience here! Thanks again Tristan!

"We'll haul away your old appliance". No. No they will not. They give a nice checklist for delivery day which will unfortunately exclude the important information that the old appliance needs to be disconnected and the delivery people will refuse to take it if it is not. I could have done it for my 80 year old grandmother if they'd included it in their list of requirements. Silly oversight -- delivery windows are 5 hours. So basically, this meant staying home for 2 days to get it resolved.

My experience with Home Depot began on a high note on May 17th, 2019. I ordered an Electrolux EFLS627UTT washer and EFME627UTT dryer with all the necessary accessories with delivery, installation and 5-year protection plan from Colma, CA Branch of Home Depot for a total amount in the vicinity of 2,700 dollars. I moved to my newly built home on May 30th, with the delivery scheduled for June 1st, 2019. My nightmare began on June 1st. June 1st, The delivery team arrived and promptly informed that there would be no installation today because they do not have drier duct (I have ordered semi-rigid drier duct which is required for dryer installation, and which is on my May 17th receipt). Having said that, the driver informed me that I should order the duct from the Amazon, for the next delivery even though I have already paid for it in Home Depot purchase (just in case they do not have it). Next, the delivery person came to my unit to inspect the laundry closet and washer pen. When he inspected them, he told me that closet is absolutely fine, but the pen has only 30 inches in depth and 34 in width and the washing machine needs at least 32''. He told me that I should have the washing pen rotated with all the plumbing work involved. He rescheduled the delivery for June 8th and left. June 3rd, I took a day off and called in a licensed plumber to assess the situation. The licensed plumber looked through the specifications and the dimensions of the machine and told me that my washer depth is only 28" on the bottom. He also walked me to other units, with exactly the same pens, where these exactly the same washer and dryer machines were installed (Our HOA approves only a very limited list of washers/dryers, so almost all other units have exactly the same model). We remeasured everything and it was clear this pen is perfectly fine for this model of washer. Next, I called Electrolux and asked what washer pen I am required to have for this specific model. Electrolux advised me that the pen should be 28" in depth. I tried to call the Home Depot Colma store. However, nobody took my call for more than an hour. I called 1-877-946-9843, to explain the situation. They apologized and promised me compensation for this trouble. They contacted the delivery company and notated that I requested a different team of installers would bring and install the washer and dryer. The delivery company confirmed this change. June 8th, 6:21 am I received a voicemail from the delivery agent that my delivery was scheduled today, but they wanted to make sure that washer pen was rotated and all the necessary plumbing work has been performed for the washer and dryer installation. I immediately called 1-877-946-9843, to figure out what was going on. The Home Depot.com agent contacted the delivery company and confirmed that no messages were left on my phone, no contacts made and that a different installer team is coming to install my washer and dryer into the existing pen. All this took another three hours off the clock. At about 12 pm, an agent from the delivery company called me and said that I have not confirmed that washing pen has been rotated and plumbing has changed, so the delivery team is coming to drop off washer and dryer and that they are not going to perform the installation. I called to 1-877-946-9843, again and talked to James from the resolution team employee id JXS3533, who contacted the delivery team and assured me that everything is perfectly fine with my order and that delivery team is coming to install my washer and dryer. In about 30 minutes the same delivery team, that came on June 1st, 2019 arrived. The truck driver (the person in charge, who refused the washer on June 1st) wanted me to sign papers on delivery before unloading the truck with the washer and dryer still packed and on the truck. I told them, that I cannot sign the papers until the washer and dryer are unpacked and inspected. In response, he told me that he is leaving, closed the truck trunk and has left with the washer and dryer still inside. A

Here's why they get 5 stars: two employees were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! David in doors and windows was very knowledgeable unlike a lot of Home Depot employees are and you can rarely find anyone to help you anyway. Big thumbs up for David. The best Home Depot employee I've EVER dealt with Issiah in the paint department. He was working the counter which had a line and mixing paint by himself for a while and we didn't want to interrupt him. We had questions re samples of stains but after finding no one we apologized for interrupting but asked him re stains. With a bright smile he said, "don't apologize, I'm here to help" - and he did. Home Depot take note: hire more staff to serve your customers. If they are like Issiah you will double your business.
