Normally I rate my store pickup a 5. Unfortunately, this time when I walked into the store and went to look at something first, something happened on the Kohls app and when I walked over to the pickup area, I got my phone out and went to the app and it showed “picked up already”. I found a clerk and she said we’ll have to look through all the boxes! She assured me that she handles this area everyday (although I was panicking since there’s hundreds of boxes). Well, within 5 minutes she found it! I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but I thanked her tremendously! Thanks again!

I used to love kohl’s but I returned a shoes and they removed the 10$ reward from the shoes I returned . If you give me a reward and then you removed it from my money it’s doesn’t make sense.

This place should get better recognized. They have great staff greeting you at entrance. Store is spacious. Many checkouts. Always a pleasant experience visiting there. I'd hate this to be one of those store being robbed out of business.

Everything I wanted was in stock.. the store is kept very neat and orderly..
Sad to see though that not many people are shopping brick-and-mortar stores and most people are shopping online...
So for those who do wish to have the in-store experience it's very empty and easy to shop..

The Sephora representative I met last Monday was very courteous, nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was my first time there. I signed up for kohl’s here too.

Kohl's has changed the best services now, I will recommend people, friends & relatives shopping here. Merchandises are displaying organize easy to find, neat, and clean. More cash registers for self checkout setup. I will shopping again at 1200 El Camino, Daly City.
Shoppers come check this location, you will find things to shop especially, Disney items, etc.
