My fiancé went to pick up his suit from this store for our wedding and the state in which the suit was given was simply disastrous. We had to go to another branch to exchange the tie. I recommend San Mateo.

Men's Warehouse is my husbands' favorite shop. We go there almost every month to check out their products. Everything is stylish, and the quality is great. Kyle is an excellent person. We always look for him as he attends to us promptly and guides us which items suit our needs.

I was at your store to ask for help. I had forgotten how to tie a tie. I recieved kind help from one salesman. However, I asked a lady salesperson for help and several times she said she was helping someone else. Unfortunately, I didn't see her helping someone else.

I went here looking for formal wear. I know they try and perhaps fashions changed but they didn’t have any ruffle tuxedo shirts, nor cummerbunds. It’s just not the real thing. I was told it was more geared towards “prom wear”and I have a wedding I need to go to.

some of the employees really suck at their job. they are super unhelpful, silent, and dont know what they are talking about. they even messed up my dads suit rental and sent him the entire wrong jacket.however theres one employee, i forget his name, but hes white and has gages. I would give him 5 stars. he has been super helpful everytime ive gone, so i would only go if i was being helped by him. highly recommend that guy, no one else tho

Great service from the moment you walk in the door . I had the pleasure to work with a sales associate named Regina. She help me pick my outfit for a Christmas party with no pressure from the newest style and the alteration that was needed for my purchase . I will definitely shop here again . They're very attentive to your needs.

This place is great IF you have the right person helping you. Bought a custom made suit here a couple of years ago and that salesperson was awesome. Went in recently to have the waist loosen on a pair of pants. I was greeted by a young man and he proceeded to "measure" me and said 4 inches. I told him no way! Another worker overheard me, came over and offered his assistance. The second guy measured 2 inches and the pants fitted perfectly when I picked it up weeks later. So buyer beware.

I wanted to leave a specific review for Kris at your Metro Center store in Colma. I am the bride who came in with 2 boys and 5 men on September 19, 2023. We did not have an appointment because I was previously told by another associate that an appointment was not needed. Well, we inundated Kris, but she handled us like a champ with such wonderful patience and great professionalism! She is valuable to your team and deserves to be recognized.

The new clerk that helped us was great. Just needed help. The manager was rude and in no mood to help. I was surprised how dismissive the staff was. Also they turned away a women and her son at 5:31pm because they closed at 6pm. They said they need a half hour to do a proper fitting. I was shocked they turned her away while she was only one minute later than their (I think selectively enforced) deadline.
