Please ask Jessica in printing to fix her attitude and be more helpful. Very disappointed in customer service at this place. Go to FedEx across the street instead for printing needs

I came to OfficeDepot out of frustration trying to deal with the FedEx store in the same parking lot. I had important business documents to print and quickly. The FedEx employees seemed to be annoyed that customers were present and basically refused to help. After entering Office Depot I was greeted graciously by Queana, then her and Jessica went the extra mile to assist in my printing project. Those two ladies give me hope that decency still exists in some people. Thank you very much ladies.

Bad customer service and short of staffs. Staffs are impatience answering questions with bad attitude. Definitely need better staff training.

I gave this store 5 stars because of the excellent customer service provided by Alex!! He is the definition of a ROCK STAR!!
I went there in a rush looking for a specific item. I was fortunate to find him in the area in the store where he was close enough for me to get his attention. He explained the difference between the two products available. I will definitely be back.

I’m not the kind of person who like to write reviews ,but this person in the printing department need to really need to work in their customers skill , their actitud is not acceptable, I went there yesterday to try to fax some papers I was there for close to one hours I tried several time to get one of the two lady’s to help me but no luck , at end I was trying to cancel the fax process but the machine ended up changing me , for unfinished work, very disappointed

they have in stock what the store advertise on line. You're greeted when you first come in to the store. And very knowledgeable on the product the store sells.

Car pick up was easier and quicker than fast-food. Pleasant staff. An hour later, I had to return the proprietary ink cartridges because of my error. Refund issued. Bought the correct stuff and saved $10 dollars. Once, again pleasant staff.
