“Shopping at Furniture Innovation has truly been a pleasure. Eun Soon was lovely to deal with. I came back to the store 3-4 times before making my decision and was so happy she was there each time.
There furniture is top quality and good prices. I went shopping at other stores down in Redwood City and South City with similar furniture and they were 10% cheaper and a lot more customer focused.
I plan to make Furniture Innovation my furniture shopping place going forward for my home.”
“I have to say, GGOS was very persistent. I think they called me for 2 years but I didn't answer because I was in a contract. But, when it was time to renew, I picked up the phone and I'm glad I did. From the very beginning, I was very impressed with GGOS and Stephanie, our Sales Rep. She was very thorough in explaining their offerings and services, and made the process very easy and comfortable.
Once we decided to go with GGOS, I was hoping things would go smoothly and it did. The delivery and setup with Jason and Robert was surprisingly smooth and and very fast. We've been very impressed with their attention to detail through the process. We are looking forward to working with GGOS.”

“John is a very friendly and knowledgeable store manager. I visited the store twice to ask all the questions I had and try out various different chairs. I was there for a long time and he was attentive for the entire time I was there. I bought a chair but ended up returning it within a few hours for my own reasons. John must have not been thrilled to hear this but he handled it well and was still very friendly. Would recommend anyone considering an ergonomic chair.”

“An artist’s paradise. Paints, brushes, markers, pastels, canvas and frames. The custom frames section is very helpful for finding the right products for your artwork. I was very fortunate to find the right sized frame in their inventory. Their gift section is filled with interesting souvenirs and stickers.”

“This was my first order with MPS. Cartridges arrived when committed, and were very well packed.I have tried to order "compatible" cartridges before, and didn't have a lot of success getting them to work, and have quality results. So far I have run about 500 pages through, and no issues at all. I am printing on an HP 2600n printer.So far I am very happy with the cartridges. I am going to see if they have cartridges for my HP Designjet T1100ps as well.”

“I used Expertise Office Movers a week ago and they were WONDERFUL! I recommend them 200/100! Because of all sorts of lease difficulties we weren't able to book our move until right before we needed to be out of our old building. Connie was so patient and kind with my flurry of panicked emails. She was extremely accommodating and I couldn't have asked for a more understanding person! They made something work with a tight and constantly changing schedule, they were efficient, timely, and organized. These people have it down pat! And to my surprise, who walks through the door to help with the move herself but Connie?! She gave me a big old hug right when she saw me. It's truly amazing how well everything worked out considering I was really putting a lot of time constraint pressure on them. If I had used anyone else it would have been a miserable experience. Moving usually sucks - but not with expertise! Will always recommend them and use them whenever possible!! Thank you Connie! You are a hero and a badass!!”

“I decided to get a sit-stand motorized desk and ergonomic chair to help with back strain. I read up on it and found some models and then read that it's good to check out office liquidator stores for good-quality furniture. So I wound up at Cycon. The selection is really great and the furniture is in great condition. Shirley directed me to the perfect things based on my specs (high-end discounted). I arranged to have Lugg pick up and deliver and they too did a great job, with efficient and affordable service.”
“This place has THE best greeting card and postcard selection ever. Not ordinary, not cliché, but always something snazzy and tasteful or hilarious. And then there are the stickers and pens, some art supplies and boxed stationery + + + +. Great place for gifts, jigsaw puzzles, an umbrella, a canvas bag or any and all of those office supplies.Even during the pandemic, I would venture there on Muni for scribble and jot supplies. “Pauline at Steelcase was very helpful. Although Steelcase mainly serves large customers, Pauline assists individual consumers like me. I emailed her to make an appointment, but my email provider marked her replies as spam. Once we resolved that, communication became smoother.
The building has a tight parking garage that costs $10 an hour, and prices might increase during baseball games at the nearby stadium.
The showroom is a large office space with a variety of furniture and chairs. I tried the Gesture chair, which impressed me. Pauline was patient while I tested the chair for ten minutes to ensure it suited my back and neck.

This furniture store has a deep and rich history here in the city and has been around for over 20 + years. I remember when it was in the city. I am a native here. I am paying $500 to $600 more than I paid at Ashely's but, IT IS WELL WORTH IT. I don't care about the price when I am happy and the quality is great!!! The prices are reasonable for the high quality you are buying. I can not wait for it to be delivered in 4 weeks. I will be back with an update. Thank you Semi you were a rock star;-)!”
“Review is for the Chestnut St location because they don't have a Yelp page. Went in looking for an office chair. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helped me find the PERFECT chair for me. The Mirra 2 is so comfortable I wanted to just sit in the chair all day. I didn't want to get up. The store has all models to try, and I wouldn't have been able to find this chair otherwise. I heard people rave about the Aeon and Embody - but those didn't feel particularly comfortable for me. They might be better for men.”
