Handicapped dressing room NOT ACCESSIBLE, filled with stacks of stored clothing, literally turned into a storage room filled with boxes. Other dressing rooms usable but 20 leftover clothing items inside. Bench seats clean and strong.
I'm disabled and would have had to leave if I was using a wheelchair because wheelchair accessible dressing room used for ONLY storage (that's a little insulting).
Some t-shirts were $5. Staff was kind, smiling, helpful. Plenty of staff. Friendly Police near the store did a walk -through and that made me feel safe. Parking was easy. Well lit, lots of product.

False Advertisement. Pea Coat with price Tags. Be careful when you see something like this. Old navy trying to trick everyone. Once you go to the cashier. They will deny that it's not the price. Common sense for the company to remove any mistake like this. Ever heard of Law lSuitBb

Put a order on hold and when I went there they said they didn't have it keep in mind I drove 30 min to get there! Worst service ever no compensation nothing!

Pros: It's okay, i went browsing a couple times today. I've been shopping here for decades and the customer service was usually good. I like the deals and the clothing trends that are at good value. Sometimes it can be understaffed but it's like average-ish. The workers go on break and stuff. Cons: The only thing I would fix is a bigger fit room. It's so small and the privacy isn't much. Also sometimes the line is long and there's not a lot of them. There should be someone allowing humans for each fitting side. The doors should be behind a wall first. I kinda don't like how there's such a huge gap it looks weird. I think construction or interior design wise, they tried to cram everything in one location. But eh this store is average-ish. If you want to just buy something rq. It's not the worst or anything but convenience i guess.
