The return was fairly quick. I was in and out in a minute. Guy in the counter scanned my phone and gave me my receipt. “At 3:30 p.m. on a Friday, I learned that the printer I had chosen could not do the job of printing a 240 Perfect Bound book (240 copies). I called Precise. The service they gave me was amazing. They picked up the specs for the job that afternoon, gave me an estimate on the next Monday. They gave me a sample book on Wednesday and they fit our book printing and mailing into their busy schedule. It is one week later and the job is entirely done! I am currently going through IVF, and timely delivery of my fertility medications is absolutely critical—if I miss even a single morning injection, I would have to cancel my entire cycle. Unfortunately, my pharmacy scheduled the shipment incorrectly, and instead of arriving in the morning as needed, my package was set to arrive in the evening.
In a panic, I drove to the FedEx location in Colma, desperate to find a way to intercept my package. This is when Neal went above and beyond in a way that I will never forget. He didn’t just offer generic answers—he personally got on the phone, called multiple coordinators and managers, and did everything possible to ensure my medication reached me as soon as possible. He treated my situation with urgency, kindness, and genuine care.
It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and compassionate in customer service, and Neal truly turned a terrifying and stressful moment into one where I felt supported and taken care of. Because of him, I was able to stay on track with my treatment.
