“I had a last minute order that I was going to take to another print shop, but they weren't taking new orders so they referred me to Duxwell. David was able to accommodate my multiple asks (postcards, zines, and copies) within the same day! When I arrived to pick up my order, David greeted me with so much positive energy. I had some changes that I needed--thicker paper and lower saturation--which he quickly and happily showed me options for and made test prints for. He was also able to cut my prints to size, making tiny tweaks for me when I asked. With his expertise, I was able to get the exact result I needed for my prints! David maintained such a positive attitude throughout, even though he was staying open late for another customer on a Saturday. Because I was there for around an hour for all my various print needs, he offered me tea and a place to sit and fold some of my zines, all while being super friendly and chatting with me. After all of that, he even gave me a great deal on my prints because it was for my first craft fair, and sent me off with a bag of fortune cookies. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was some of the best customer service I've ever received! I'd highly recommend folks to support this small business. Thanks again, David!”

They picked up the specs for the job that afternoon, gave me an estimate on the next Monday. They gave me a sample book on Wednesday and they fit our book printing and mailing into their busy schedule. It is one week later and the job is entirely done!
