Super rude staff. I was just there and the cashier SYLVIA (clearly spoke Spanish) would completely ignore my Spanish comments. The security dude with the earring on one ear was also “checking” our receipt even if he was right next to the cash register we were at. He was distracted at the time, talking and laughing with the other security, so it was not our fault he’s not seeing the customers pay for their purchase. Mind you, he didn’t even check or count the items. He just told us “if you don’t like this, go to the Ross in Serramonte, they don’t check your receipt”. They should reconsider their customer service career if they’re unprofessional towards the customers who pay their wages.

We frequently visit this Ross, and it never disappoints! The store offers a vast selection of clothes and a wide array of other household items, making it a one-stop shop for all your needs. Their shoe section is particularly impressive, featuring a large collection to choose from.
Additionally, they have a nice assortment of small furniture pieces suitable for both home and business settings.
Overall, we highly recommend this Ross for its variety and excellent product range.

We went in to look for some kitchenware but couldn't find anything we needed. The line to pay is always extremely long no matter which one we go to. Better choices for clothing & shoes.

In terms of inventory, this is probably the best Ross in the Bay Area. Sometimes understaffed and the checkout lines can get long, but we've bought many great items here.
