Bought my 2020 Jeep here and had a good experience. Since then I’ve had difficulty with the service department. I wanted to get a simple quote to fix a piece on my drivers side seat. I’ve called about 5-6 times, left voicemails, sent an email, and have never heard back. I’ll probably just take my car elsewhere at this point since they clearly don’t want my business.

I gave up reaching out to Stewart's service center then to move forward fast I contacted Putnam Chrysler and their operation was at least well organized. I could easily schedule an appointment online and received a text confirmation.

I am so happy to have found amazing help at this dealership. I just moved to SF from Seattle and was on several occasions turned away and not believed by the dealership in Bellevue WA. I brought my 2021 Jeep Compass in to the Stewart Chrysler Jeep dealership and was immediately believed and given incredible assistance. John at the service center treated me like family and his help has taken such a weight off of my shoulders. Incredibly grateful! <3

John Shami really took care of me. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Putnam Ram in Burlingame was at least three weeks out and so was John over at Colma Ram. He literally got my truck in between their tight schedule and he got my truck running back on the road again the next day.Thank you very much John! Colma Ram is my go to for sure!

If you like bein lied to and disprespected its a great placeWalter-john from service are the beat about lying and cop callimg because you showed up for a apptMy headlights are both out i had a appt They donot return calls or text messages or update youYou have to hound them to make a appt or pick up your carThe gm said he will not service a car not putchased from them but it wasShady they will tell you to pay for a warrentied iteam I have videos and obotos of them talking down the brand I have no headlights and work til midnite putnam is taking in the car but not til 10/2/23 so i am sol thank u jon for booking a appt to call the cops because you cant keep your word ! !!!!!!So the owner of the dealership replied back on Yelp stating he was going to address the concern, and have never heard from him back cents as of September 5, 2023 both of my headlights on my Dodge charger that was purchased brand you from Stewart Dodge do not work at all I work at night But they don't care just be very aware they will be nice to you and ask you for gifts like John did so I gave him a pair of shoes previously the Sylvester versus Tweety Nikes, but they forgot about that. I am a customer and my car has been down for almost a month. Thank you for reaching back out to me Mr. general manager.

I cannot advise ram/chrylser/jeep customers enough to go to another dealership and service center. I have finally had it with the slow, inept and irresponsible service at Stewart Ram. I purchased a 2016 Ram locally with the Ram Max Care warranty and have rarely ever taken it to this service center with a couple exceptions. In the past 6 months i have had to bring my truck here 3 times and each time, even though having an appointment they did not even look at my vehicle for between 3-5 days. What's the point of having an appointment? This last time takes the cake though. I had made an appointment for a Monday because i have noticed having truck shake after buying a new set of tires 4 months ago. The day before I came, my check engine light came on. When i brought it in for my appointment i mentioned the check engine light and would like it looked at. By wednesday I still had no update on the status of my truck. Thursday, still no status. I asked for a loaner that is allowed with my MaxCare after 5 days in the shop and was told that the service advisor would check with her manager. On Friday i had no answer so i emailed him directly. He told me, "Unfortunately, we should have told you that it's at least 3 weeks for engine diagnostic assessment." Also he suggested that I take it back to another other dealership for that. Okay, well what about fixing the tires shake? I need my truck by 2:45pm to pick up my child from school and for the weekend. He said he could have my truck back by 2pm. On my way to the dealership in an Uber at 1:50 PM, i got a text message asking where my wheel lock was to take off my tires and that my truck wouldn't be done until 2:45! Are you kidding? You're working on it 10 minutes before i'm supposed to pick it up when you've had it for 5 days!!!? Absolutely ridiculous. The service agent was rude about why i didn't text back about the wheel lock. "Because i don't want you taking the tires because I need to leave and you can't put them back on in time!" This pace had 5 days to rebalance some tires and they couldn't even accomplish this. Never, ever again...

The service department has kept my car several days past the time they said it would be ready. Even after a week, no one called me to update me on the repairs or price. I called several times and could only leave voicemails. Just know that if you're expecting to get things fixed under warranty, this is the experience and then they charge $500 for the diagnostic.
