These people robbed me out of $500. Be careful reserving a car because the numbers they promise you aren't true. They get you to pay to reserve the car and then all the numbers increase after you invest into it. A scam

I'm giving this review 2 fewer stars because of the way they delivered my Tesla.Initially, it was going to be done at 10 AM then they called me at 8:30 in the morning telling me that they're repairing one of the seats that happened to have a scratch and will complete the job by 11:30. I told him to call me back once the repair's done, but they didn't. I didn't want to travel 45 minutes from my place to find out that the car is not ready. I had to call Tesla and go through half an hour customer service hellhole. It's really strange how I'm unable to directly call a dealership, when they are able to directly call me. and it's only after the customer service calls the dealership that I was able to confirm that I could pick it up. When I came there, it's not like they're busy, so it's a mystery why they cannot hire someone to be in charge of picking up phone calls. Why do I have to go through a customer rep to call these sales rep?tl;dr please hire someone to pick up and answer calls.

Brought my Model Y for service on a faulty camera and Cameron replaced it super quick in less than 10 minutes (all covered under warranty) and even checked my tire pressure.Haven't had a problem since then. I love my Tesla.

I had an amazing experience here at Tesla. Aaron was my Advisor and he helped me find the best deal on my Model Y. He was such a great help and I would say it has been the easiest and best experiences I’ve had when purchasing a new car. I recommend going to him if you’re looking to buy a new Tesla. He was very patient with my wife and I and carry’s on great customer service. We are so appreciative for his service.

Yesterday 09/16/2023 picked up delivery of our Model Y from this showroom. Entire experience was smooth with no surprises. Kevin helped us with delivery formalities, orientation, and gave the car with 90% of charge. I am happy with my delivery experience.

I had a great experience with Aaron (not sure how they spell their name)this afternoon ! I was welcomed immediately and they got straight to work on delivering my car. Aaron answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable before I drove off! The overall vibes were up in the building and the entire experience was amazing. And I agree with a previous poster, the cars on this lot are impeccable and shiny!

Do yourself a favor, if you're going to buy a Tesla...use the app and don't believe a word that people from Tesla say. So many bad experiences all around with Tesla, but the worst part was after taking possession of the vehicle, and being left with none working key cards (tesla doesn't work if the area has no service). Apparently my keys are tied ti people in their office and the management can't be bothered to even email me back to get the keys working. Ultimately I had to make an appointment and am expecting Tesla to arrive today ti fix my keys. So basically a couple rando people are out there with access to my Tesla. Super awesome. Thanks for the crappy experience tesla. Oh and the charging port is broken, the side of the car is off center from the other side, the frunk sometimes works etc. New car! Real awesome!

The service and communication at this Tesla location are pathetic. They don’t even have water for customers, and despite being informed in advance to charge the vehicle before pickup, they didn’t do it due to chargers not working for a week. How can they sell electric cars without a charger in-house?

DON'T TAKE DELIVERY OF YOUR TESLA FROM NIKKIDon't let NIKKI convince you to drive off the lot if there are cosmetic issues with the car. They're not going to fix them. Stay away from NIKKi. Talk to another delivery person.Update:Don't let Nikki from Colma, Ca Tesla encourage you to drive off the lot with defects on your new car. The chances of it getting them fixed are slim. Deceitful. The service center basically told me she lied!Not to mention I waited 1 year for my order the following month after taking delivery they start offering $7,500 discounts + 10,000 miles free super charging. I called to see if they would honor it considering my situation and they didn't.

Just want to thank John and Kevin. Came in not even an hour ago around 3:50 and randomly asked John about a used Model X my girlfriend in Sacramento was interested in and wanted me to do a visual on. John promptly got on it within 4-5 min tops and located the car. After visually inspecting the car and taking video, I was impressed; but had one final question in regards to wear n tear and warranty. Located Kevin and he was able to inspect the wear n tear. I liked that; after he couldn't find a personal co worker he knew that had a Model X, he went above and beyond and waited it out to ask a Tech and told us what we needed to hear and that's that our presumed potential wear n tear is covered 1 year from purchase. Thank You John and Kevin. My girlfriend just sent me confirmation that the car is under deposit! Thank You John and Kevin!

After reading a lot of Reddit posts about Tesla QC issues, I expected the worst - panel gaps, paint swirls, etc, so I was prepared to reject and wait again if it wasn't satisfactory. I already waited 3 months without a car and have learned to live without one, so I wouldn't feel forced to take it if I didn't like it. The car had a sign with my name on it and I thought that was a nice touch. My friend helped me check the car carefully and the panels looked perfect and there were no paint swirls. The only things he found was some adhesives on the plastic part next to the window and a small paint dot on the hood. The employees happily brought it to the back and tried to clean the adhesives off 3x. Finally, it looked good enough and I was ready to take the car home. I had a great experience at this location and I even took a look at the cars nearby and there were none that seemed to have any big issue like the ones posted on Reddit. After taking it home, I noticed there were some black dots on the white seats, but oh well.

Amazing dealership with awesome people - extremely friendly staff, with exceptionally shiny cars. I don't know who they have back there cleaning those cars but man are they good! Could not have been happier with my experience ?

Ordered a tesla model y here. When picking the car, there were scratches here and there around the car. And then had to schedule an appointment to get the car fixed. More worse was they couldn’t get the the car fixed in one appointment. They had to schedule another appointment. Completely wasting of my time and money to take the car there. It’s a new car. It’s supposed to be hassle free. But it just brought all the trouble to me which was not caused by me. For all these troubles, tesla didn’t want to do anything to make up for us as a consumer. No even a coupon code or a gift card. They don’t value their customers. They don’t care about our experience. It’s a bad company to buy a car with.
