“Great smoke shop!! Awesome customer service, Sammy is always helpful.I’ve been coming here for about a year. The guys behind the counter are always friendly, especially the owner. The location is great and there’s usually open parking spots by the meters just in front.They’re open 24 hours too. My hours can vary wildly, since I drive for Uber. Sometimes I’ll have an airport reservation at 4 am, knowing I can always stop by the smoke shop any time is comforting.”

“Made a quick stop by there after exiting 24th and Mission St bart station. Picked up a couple of butane refills. These are $1.50 a piece and if you purchased w/debit or credit card they will charge you a $1 processing fee. Store is small, its very clean, variety of items to purchase, andI received great customer service. Definitely will shop there again”

“I've been buying my smokes from Ramsey for years. I live on the block, so it's quite convenient. He always has my smokes in stock and always greets me with a smile. I usually see him on my way home and he never fails to ask how my day was, even when I'm not heading in to buy smokes. Yes, he does sell some of the less desirable items, but it's the neighborhood. If I thought is was that big of an issue, I'd move. Never been bothered, and Ramsey is good at keeping the riffraff out. He may sell pipes and other paraphernalia, but I don't buy him selling anything other than the tobacco.”

“I walked into this shop to purchase a quick fix bong (for dab) replacement. Ive bought quite a few as this is the only way I smoke dab is with a bong and my previous ones have all broken with in a month or less time. I wasnt buying anything worth mentioning before i walked into this shop. So, I was expecting to spend about $30-40 on one but because this guy was so knowledgeable about his products on hand he convinced me to buy one that cost everything i had in my pockets which was exactly $100. The price tag on the bong said $149.99 plus i also got a new nail which was reg. Atound $30ish by itself. Anyway, i got a a bong that is very thick in glass its still in the small side but taking my first hit with this bong I cld tell immediately the quaility was just awesome!!! So, thank u mr. Owner dude i am very pleased with my purchase!!!!”

“I've been shopping here for years and do so at the late (or early) night/morning hours. For this I am grateful they are open until 4 am even on Christmas. I buy "bubble-ware" which is quite fragile. I've gotten home several times to find items are cracked or chipped. They do have a great selection of just about everything you could want and the service is on point. I would give 5 stars if not for the broken glass items. Just take your time and look closely at what you buy before leaving the store. It's buyer beware. Also they give a discount for paying cash. Just a note about their prices they are a bit higher than some but who else is open at 3am? Also don't go by on-line prices for "bubble-ware" those are wholesale.?”
