never order appliances or anything else online from Home Depot, it is a NIGHTMARE. here's what I went through to purchase multiple appliances and installations:5-6 hours trying to place order online, repeated "glitches" in system6-8 hours over 3 days on phone with 3 different clerks due to "glitches"an entire unauthorized duplicate order and charge to my credit card for thousands of dollarsat least 10 hours on 4 different phone calls to get the duplicate order cancelled, and 2 more calls to get the final duplicate item cancelledthousands of dollars of credit card charges that stayed on my card for 30 days before they were finally refundeduntold hours waiting on hold to get through to orders and to resolutions teamsPlenty of BS from them that everything was taken care of, every time I got through to thema healthy dose of fear that I would find a big truck at my house ready to deliver the second unauthorized duplicate orderA horrible experience and horrible value for my time. I could have built the darn appliances myself for all the trouble

This is the second appliance I have purchased where it came all dinged up. The first appliance was was a refrigerator where an attempt was made to deliver it three times because it came completely dented from the warehouse. The third time, I just excepted it with a reduction in price. I foolishly tried to order an appliance again from Home Depot (a washer/dryer) and again it was dented beyond belief. I will never order from Home Depot again. Management should be fired because they are failing to control quality with their staff. Never again!

One if the few times I've used their tool rental service. Very efficient staff, Ching was working the desk with another gentleman. I had a choice of clearing a drain myself, I needed a electric snake, or calling a plumber. The choice was clear after calling a few plumbers, when they required a diagnostic fee before proceeding, I already knew the issue, a clogged or obstructed sewer drain. By the time a plumber was called, I had already went to home depot, rented the snake and probably cleared the obstruction in the waste pipe. The choice was clear so I didn't bother to contract with any plumber.If you are in need of tools, home depot may be your source providing you have the ability to use them and the knowledge, but really it may take a little longer but the results are the same.I would use home depot again if it arises that I don't have the tools to complete a job

This Home Depot is terrible! I came there with my brother in the afternoon to buy a a torque wrench, breaker bar, and a pair of jack stands to work on my car. I found the torque wrench and breaker bar, but it was locked up. There was no button for me to press to call for help so I went to look for help. I asked 4 different employees, 3 of them said "just go back to your aisle, someone will come". No one ever came to help me. The last person I asked, she sounded very mean saying "OH IM ON BREAK ASK SOMEONE ELSE ", and I thought okay I'll just ask someone else, you could've just said "oh I'm sorry, I'm on break, let me find someone who can help you! :)" I ended up waiting for like 30 minutes and gave up, just bought it online lol. If they don't want my business then it's fine, I'll just do my business online.

Greatly appreciated for Home Depot employees for the caring of their customers. What happened: Last night we purchased two toilets and two boxes of LED lights. We used self checkout, the guy at the self checkout asking if we needed assistance to load up the two toilets to our car. Then we pulled over our car at the exit and another employee helped us load up the two toilets. However, we kept focusing on the big toilets and did not realize we left our LED lights at the shopping chats with a green bag. Then I went back to the self checkout today and sooooo luckily the Lady called Olga who is on duty today found our paid LED lights and also our green bag, she also confirmed with her co-worker last night who still remembers us. The lady made notes on our stuff. Finally we lost but found! Otherwise we have spend another $60+ to on those LED lights! Thank you !

We order a door from this location and waited for 2 months it. Once we inspected it, the door was unfinished and nail holes were not filled. The door was not polished enough either. We talked to customer service and waited 3 weeks for a reply. In the meanwhile there was no one contacting us, we always had to contact them. On top of that, all they offered us was to take back the door but with a restocking fee. I don't feel like we should be charged for their mistake, all I asked for was to fix the door. Never wanted a return. Never could get in contact with the store manager. Never had a reply and never had communication what so ever. Truly a horrible experience and bad service. We will go to Better Business Bureau to complain about them. A note is that we also purchased the door based on the image, however it looked nothing like the image when it came. Once we told them this they said they wouldn't fix it as the door "came as is".

I was in a pinch and needed to rent some equipment last minute. No other Home Depot had what I needed (or were particularly helpful over the phone), but this one came through!As the name suggests, this location is obviously more useful for those who actually work in construction. But even for a hobby DIYer like myself, the process of using their tool rental center was easy and efficient, and the folks there were kind and helpful. A little extra for folks who might be hesitant to step inside: an added bonus of this place is no one questioned what I was doing in there or assumed I didn't know what I was doing which can happen for me sometimes in hardware stores. Just all around an easy and positive experience.

I LOVE the HD at Westlake Shopping Center. The double decker store with everything you can ever imagine. Let's start with Emma an amazing and kind checker who found me a guy to carry a toilet down to the register. Ezekiel was a guy on the second floor who told me the correct place for all kinds of things I needed. He was the one who found me a flat cart, put the toilet on the flat cart then walked me to the register. Ezekiel went back upstairs to get me something a little better than what I picked out which was so above and beyond. Then I worked with Lou an amazing checker on the ground floor. Nikko the manager must be some kind of special angel because he carried my new toilet out to my car and showed me how to remove an annoying bar that holds the cover to hide stuff in the back. He also took a handful of cut up cardboard to the recycling for me. Then he loaded all my goodies in the back. Let's go back to Ezekiel. I am not kidding I must have asked him 10 different questions and he knew EXACTLY where each item was. Always a smile even though he was wearing a mask, you could tell he smiles. Seriously this store is really friendly, helpful and just a great group of people. I will be back since I just moved into a studio that needs a lot of TLC. Watch out you guys, I am coming back. Oh yes...I need blinds for some windows. I give a lot of credit to Nikko because his calm pleasant demeanor trickles down to his crew.I went back last night and started my order for blinds. I worked with Denise who was so pleasant and very helpful. Got a great deal and so far happy but I haven't even had the windows properly measured, so let's see how that goes.

This review is for the wonderful man whose name I believe is Dave who helped us in the lumber cutting section today. My husband and I were taking on a big DIY project (a wall mounted bookshelf desk combination) and needed wood for it. Dave helped us cut a large piece of plywood in to the 5 pieces we needed so we were able to save on cost. He was so patient and helpful and kind and truly made the experience that was a little daunting very manageable. His customer service and generosity was unmatched with anyone I have ever encountered at any Home Depot. The man deserves every gold star there is. Also we finished the project in one evening as we had hoped to and it looks great. We couldn't have done it without him. Thank you Dave I hope you see this!!!!

I came in the other day before closing in a rush to get decorative light switches. When it comes to something as simple as this I get worked up wanting to make sure it's perfect. Especially because this is a switch I'll probably be keeping for the next 10+ years. I was helped by a young man named Michael. I could tell he was busy, and he could tell I was stressed out over such a simple task. So thank you Michael for going out of your way and being so kind!!! 5 stars for Michael at Home Depot!!
