“Even though it took 20 minutes to send a fax . They never gave up they fixed the fax machine were hella polite the whole time even gave me a bottle of water while I waited. They also home cool little nick nacks inside. Was and seemed like a easy place to get in and out of.”
“This UPS store is absolutely amazing. Every employee is and so helpful, so kind and there are always enough or more employees ready to help. It’s really hard to find good Customer support and a lot of it in most businesses these days. I run a lot of errands and this is by far my favorite place to need to go. I have just recently gone through an excruciatingly difficult time and more than once they went out of their way to help me with my situation. They sincerely were compassionate and like always they went above and beyond the call of duty. They really care about their customers. I can easily say they are the hardest working and most kind group of employees I’ve ever seen.”

“I personally have bad social anxiety but since coming into this Post office, there has been a change. The ladies are always so nice and have a whole conversation with you. I honestly walk in here and don't feel nervous which is almost unheard of. The staff has always been great to me. This is definitely my go to post office for all of our ebay packages now.”

“Cathi is the greatest! My husband and I needed documents notarized and then mailed them out with tracking. What seemed like a cumbersome errand, Cathi treated us like friends as opposed to customers. She helped us with envelopes and gave a few choices with pricing. Cathi also identified which tracking number belonged to which address on our receipt. We will definitely use the UPS Store for any shipping or printing needs.”
