Fastest service I've had at a service center in a long time. They knew what was needed for the vehicle and not guessing, which I've encountered at other lube shops before. Saved me some time under the car and even asked if I had AAA or had coupons before ringing up a final total, which saved me some money too. If I'm down in Berdoo and need the oil changed I'll definitely hit them up.

Came to this location for an oil change, and was super impressed with the quality of service that I received. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I want to specifically shout out Heather and Andre who delivered exceptional customer service and explained everything very thoroughly. Despite getting my oil change, the staff inspected my vehicle and let me know of anything else that could be repaired, and went above and beyond by even vacuuming my car and cleaning the windows. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Stopped in to get my oil change without an appointment since it's across from the nursing home that I was visiting. Arrived about 11 o'clock and they were three people ahead of me. They were short of staff, so I agreed to come back at 1 o'clock when I came back, they were out of the oil filter needed, the manager called and because it would take too long to have it delivered immediately. Drove the 15 minutes to go get the oil filter needed in order to service me since I drove an hour away I appreciate his willingness to provide the customer service requested. They are very nice here that a positive attitude even though they were short staffed I appreciate all your help. Great job.

I want to really express my gratitude for the upmost service of Andre, who was old school about service and informed me of all availablediscounts. It was in and out for me after receiving service from Andre and the other gentleman assisting in services expeditiously and checking other vitals.Thank you Jiffy Lube for hiring such knowledgeable and efficient staff such as Andre and the young man who got me and out in reasonable time.I'lll be back.

I came in needing my brakes, roters and an oil change. I could not afford the oil change, but ANDRE.... you can just tell this man comes in with a good attitude, and that his mind and heart are in the right place. He made it happen!! I was able to change my brakes, roters, and get an oil change all under the budget I had in mind. Sitting in the lobby, I got to see how Andre communicated and worked with his other customers and he displayed the same kind of enthusiasm and helpfulness to every customer. I'm coming back here for future car maintenance, just because of Andre! Thank you, Andre and Jiffy Lube!

I want to give a shout out to Andre and Sampson for coming back off his lunch when he saw my car pull into his bay. He excepted the companies discount and got my vehicle out in a timely manner with some casual conversation.

The visit this morning to Jiffy Lube was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with any kind of customer service. I got there early, was checked in by the Manager, Andre, and he started work on our car right away. He showed me things throughout the whole process (like the beginning dip stick/oil reading and the same when the car was completed). He was glad to answer any questions I had along the way. After the car was done, a young man cleaned the windows, vacuumed the car and once again showed me the dipstick & the new clean oil. Both gentlemen were very professional and very personable and I will definitely be bringing our other family cars here in the future.

For everyone but ladies especially you can feel safe bringing your car here. This is the best and most honest place to take your car. Wow these guys really care about their customers !! I came in in desperate need for my Audi. I over flood the tank and these kind men let me know the right amount it took and warnings for the future! Initially went to Walmart for an oil change and the customer service and wait time was terrible! So I decided to go to Jiffy Lube for the first time. Wow I was in and out in 30 mins and the customer service was amazing! On top of that I received a $20 off coupon for my service. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you so much I was able to get everything done today because if your timely service!

I made a very silly mistake and added WAY too much oil. Those of you with experience with cars know what happened next. Luckily I was right next to this shop and was able to roll it straight into the bay when the white smoke started pouring out. What I encountered were some of the most friendly, understanding and helpful mechanics I think I've ever met. I felt like a total idiot, they treated me with compassion and took care of me right away. I am thankful for such a great place to take my car so close to my house. Thank you to Andre and the team.
