My aunt is in this hospital and the nurses spot on the floor. Super unsanitary! The janitor mentioned she's always cleaning up nurses spit from the 5th floor!!!

my feelings have recently changed due to gastroenterologist and the medical staff being very helpful with referrals and scheduling. emergency department is iffy but the rest of the staff is doing pretty good from my first experience.

72 hours later. Going to finally check out tomorrow morning. I should have checked out earlier today, but due to late planning, I had to do it tomorrow. It's 2100 now, and still two full bottles of urine is still sitting on the counter, and never got a room. Patient advocate called, and I don't have much to say, until I leave tomorrow. So, I managed with help from Tyler (he deserves a raise), I walked around this afternoon to get my blood circulating and talked to rehab people and advised me to walk around also. So, I got up was about to walk around, and, boom, dreams shot down in flames, "go back behind curtain, there are patients out here". Well, no s*** Sherlock. I'm just trying to move around so I can get the hell out of here. Oh by the way, did I forget to mention, I never got a room, and had to piss in a bottle this whole time. So can I order grub hub too?? (Never got dinner either). I'm sure if I call an Uber, and just walk out, I'm sure nothing will happen?? All I want now is to take a shower and get the hell out. Doubt if it's going to happen. I am grateful for the nurses on day shift, as well as the advocate and the doctors. Nightshift, I'll just bite my tongue. The CEO, maybe you should sleep here for a couple of days and see for yourself

Avoid this racist ER if you can!! My wife was having excruciating cramps to the point she was in tears. We went to the ER here and upon being admitted they sat her in a cubicle which she thought meant she would be seen soon. As she's sitting there crying, she's watching them treat every other person who came to the cubicle AFTER her. She went to the nurses to ask what's the hold up, and the lying a** nurse told her she's only been there an hr she needs to be patient. Then my wife watched as a mother with her child comes in reporting vomiting. This girl too was helped before anyone spoke to my wife. Again my wife goes to the nurses and is told there are people who were there before her and they all have to be seen before her. Since when is protocol to take people in order of arrival instead of severity of issue? My wife is complaining of internal pain, which she is having visible reactions to and they don't even bat an eye!! Then the last straw was a Hispanic man walked in who had fell from a ladder and couldn't move his shoulder. My wife heard the nurse tell someone to put this man to the top of the list due to his shoulder. HIS SHOULDER!! Not his head for possible head injury, or chest injury... because of a possible dislocated shoulder. This whole time my wife had nothing more than her blood pressure taken. Then the nurse has the audacity to say sorry they couldn't get to her. My wife waited almost 3 hours and they helped all the Hispanic people regardless of ailment while ignoring my wife. From her seat she could see the doctors and nurses laughing and talking while she sat there crying. Horrible experience. If you are African American, by all means avoid this hospital if you want to be taken seriously.

ARMC is definitely not the place to go to if you want at least decent treatment or respect.A family member was taken there by ambulance after Chino Valley Hospital was unable to treat him due to the trauma he had sustained after a horrific accident. To start off, they did not initially disclose the severity of his injuries. Secondly, they didn't use their best judgment or provided quick or adequate care. All those flaws led to aftercare at their ENT clinic and things only got worse. To start off the receptionists and girls who answer the phone (Brittany being one of them) are beyond rude and ghetto, will literally cuss and tell you off and good luck with hearing back after submitting a complaint. Then, Dr Doherty performed 2 failed and totally botched surgeries. It wasn't until the second surgery was performed that I had power of attorney and finally switched to an ENT at LLU. Dr Doherty's unethical behavior and botched procedures are the cause for several corrective surgeries and ongoing needed care. Word of advice to anyone that's had a bad experience, file necessary complaints immediately and get legal representation if needed. These people could careless about patients and unfortunately by the time one notices their intentions are not for a patient to get better it'll already be well over the statute of limitations.

DONT GIVE BIRTH HERE.. Your wishes are not respected. They lie just to move you toward there agenda. Went in dialating 6, this is my 3rd child. I know what I'm doing and talking about.. wanted a natural birth, no meds... nurse gave me hell for choosing that. Angle my bed in a weird way to not support the baby to drop lower. Asked several times to get up or sit or change positions. They NEVER DID IT. I asked nurse to check how far I was dilating and she did; said it was a 3, I said no way! She convinced me with other nurses to get an upper Duro. So I finally sat up and baby's head was coming out! She lied, I was fully dilated, she nurses just starred at each other like @do we still jab her in the back?" I'm like he's coming out! And then so they had no choice but to ALLOW ME to have my son natural. This is ludicrous! Go any where else if you want a natural birth or make your own decisions. They are snakes!! Horrific hospital

Mr William Gilbert CEO of Arrowhead regional medical center. As a first-time patient in your hospital I am extremely disappointed in the quality of care towards the patient's given here in the emergency room. I was admitted on October 11th at approximately 1:30 a.m. due to seizure and impossible stroke. I have a previous history of a TBI with a depressed skull fracture. The severity of my migraines since being here in the hospital has been extremely painful and unbearable. I have repeatedly pleaded with the charge nurses here in the emergency room to please assist, and all I get is I can provide you with tylenol. I have not spoken to a single doctor or been given an update in the last 36 hours! I have repeatedly requested and update regarding my prognosis and my future care at this facility. I was here all day yesterday October the 11th 2022 and I have still not been seen open updated by a physician. I feel as though the level of care here is extremely low and the morale within your staff is also extremely low. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care and service here. If I do not speak to a doctor regarding my updates by this evening I will personally complain with the California State medical board regarding this facility and it's practices. I am currently in emergency room number 5. I have been told that there are no beds to admit me into the hospital although technically I have been admitted to the hospital? it's almost as if no one knows anything, and everybody's trying to pass the book to someone else. As Chief Executive officer of this corporation I respectfully request a personal visit down here to your emergency room or a phone call directly to my phone at 626-394-9695. Please do not take this review lightly. I promise you if I don't get an update regarding the quality of care I have been given, or speak to a physician here other than a charge nurse or one of your interns. I will be left no choice but to file a complaint directly with the state medical board for neglect. Please give me a call or please come down here and please instruct your nurses to please give me a better quality of care. Thank you sir

I went in on 10/04/22 I fell the day before picking up my daughter from the school bus. I went in around 8:30AM Check in staff is very helpful and friendly. The ER doctor was quick and got me into X-rays by 9:00ish Found out I had a fractured left leg. They gave me a boot and gave me meds for the inflammation. I greatly appreciate they're prompt service. I really felt safe and heard. Thank you ER staff... Also to the X-ray tech in the lobby with a fractured left foot!! You are the real

8-8-2022 Outpatient Lab- Omg the wait here is terrible! If you have to get blood work done and have a medical condition that requires you to fast for your blood work...this place is absolute hell. It's a 3 to 5 hour wait because they have only 3 phlebotomists. This place needs to hire more phlebotomists mainly because it's a hospital, so I would imagine a higher patient volume than small clinics. Why there are only three phlebotomists is beyond me, probably trying to save money. Absolutely terrible service and medical care. I do not recommend.

Personal I did not have a good experience here at the pharmacy. I went for my medication and the woman said 40 minutes, I said okay I’ll go to the caffe for some food. I was realized from the hospital at 6pm. Was at the pharmacy at 6pm. Came back at 6:40. The lady said sorry 10 more minutes. I waited there at the pharmacy and now she said oh I have to wait until they mix the medication. I said are u serious. U said 40min. I’m still here and I’m still waiting. It been 3 hours going for 5. I bet, She picks who she want to help out. I think they close at 10pm. Too much . Just want to go home with my medication ?. Why is it so hard. Two medication. I think they have a limited to Hydrocodone.
