We stayed here one night and again after coming back from Vegas we stayed two more nights. I definitely recommend this hotel, clean rooms, fridge, micro wave and excellent room service, great internet connection too. I really like this hotel, and there is a departmental store very near by.
Rooms: Clean and luxury and comfy beds
Nearby activities: Don’t know
Safety: Felt very safe, always the staff are around.
Walkability: Walkable store to buy food
Food & drinks: They are providing free breakfast

Small hotel, but very clean. I like that breakfast varies every day. Close to freeway, restaurants and even market. Recommended. We will surely return.
Safety: Very calm
Walkability: You can walk to restaurants, market, everything nearby.

This place should be Best Western Minus, not plus. Dirty, dingy, sign askewed, locals staying in lot. Someone vacuuming at 11:16PM in the halls! The staff were very nice. Loud; near I-10.

The accommodations were exceptional, and its proximity to various dining and grocery establishments was highly convenient.
Safety: The strategically placed security cameras around the hotel premises provide an additional layer of protection for our company vehicles.
Walkability: Sometimes I walk to the grocery store or to get dinner or lunch, and it's safe to do so.
Noteworthy details: The extended duration of the morning breakfast hours is a commendable feature, surpassing the offerings of other hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at.

Great staff. Heather is awesome. The only trouble I had was getting into the bed, as it's high and I am short. The hotel it self and the grounds are very clean. I have too say I had one of the best sleeps that I had from any other hotels.

Amazing customer service, beautiful cozy and very clean establishment, with varying breakfast is every morning
Noteworthy details: The hotel is very clean, cozy, with a cleaning Department that works 7 days a week from what I can see. They have different meals every day for breakfast, and 24-hour delicious coffee with amazing customer service.
Thank you to the amazing staff who have been so friendly, accommodating, professional, and have welcomed my service puppy.

Overall the hotel isn’t bad. The fitness center doesn’t really work. Three of the four treadmills are broken and the one that works squeaks with every stride, recumbent bike is in three pieces, Peleton bike will not connect to the hotel internet. A couple dumbbells and a sweat stained bench with no cleaning supplies in sight. So I guess if you’re fat and lazy this is the perfect hotel for you.

To start, if it wasn't for Heather at the front desk, this would be a 4 star experience.
There are many things to point out, but because she was so attentive and helpful, they were easy to over look.
I would encourage whomever is in charge to acknowledge her, she is a superior employee and an asset to your establishment.
Rooms: Clean room, no odors, comfortable bed.
Safety: Nice secure parking lot, need a key to get in rear entrance.
Walkability: Stores and coffee right across the street. Restaurant in the same parking lot.
Food & drinks: The offer breakfast, like most other hotels, it was okay.

Great front desk staff. REMY was very welcoming and provided great dining recommendations. Good location right off the I-10. Rooms were a little dated but clean. Elevators were not working at the time of my visit.
Safety: Quite a few homeless in the area

Great place to stay.
Irene and Heather both make you feel welcome.
There's a pool and gym here and a great Mexican restaurant next door, across the street from P & G's burgers. Which are both walking distance from the hotel.

I think this hotel is losing it's charm. I stay here often for music festivals and it's just getting worse. First issue, i booked the "flexible" room about 6 months ago for my stay, i chose the option where i would pay when i stay. To my surprise i get a charge from the hotel a month before my stay in February, for the full amount $861.72. It threw me off guard because i truly thought it was a fraud charge on my card. I called my bank, then it dawned on me maybe this is a charge for the event in march. I called the hotel directly and spoke with a lady. I asked her why was i charged if i had not stayed at the hotel yet. She said in a condescending voice, " Well, are you staying here March 22nd/23rd for the festival, the hotel is fully booked now so we charged early to secure your room for that stay". First of all, it would have been nice to send your guests a warning e-mail, I've never heard of this before. If that was the case i should have selected the "pay now option" before and got the discounted rate, especially since i had booked way in advance. How rude of the hotel to assume everyone can afford to pay a month before. That was the first head ache before my stay. The next thing was, when we checked in. The room was okay, looks like it has seen better days but at least the bed was fine. We leave to the festival and when we get back at 2am, and we want to shower. I had been in the music festival for over 10 hours, dancing, walking and being in crowds. We turn on the shower... and there is NO HOT WATER! it was ice cold at best. I was soo upset. I let it run for ten minutes hoping it would at least get warm.. NOPE. COLD! I called the front desk and said there was no hot water, they said they would send someone tomorrow to check. So i slept in my filth because there was no way in hell i was taking that ice shower. The next day i guess i missed the maintenance person when i was out getting breakfast. By 9 am the water was now a little better than cold but not warm either, but it was tolerable to shower in. So we hurried up and showered. We just assumed the water issue was fixed by now. The 2nd night of the festival, we get back late night 1:30 a.m., and guess what? Yup, You got it. NO HOT WATER NO WARM WATER, just ice cold water. Wow, lovely, i have to sleep in my filth for the 2nd day in a row now. I was super annoyed and i can't believe i spend this much money for this crappy experience, i feel completely BAMBOOZLED. The last thing that happened, my boyfriend forgot his $200 electric toothbrush and his $300 night guard in the bathroom. I called the next day when he realized this to see if they had it. The front desk said no, nothing was turned in. He is 100% sure he had left it. While no one would want his custom nightguard, i could see how someone would definitely want the electric tooth brush, all you need to do is get rid of the brush head and get a new tip. It's super weird that the cleaning staff did not find it. I'm not buying it one bit. Even though it was my BF's fault for leaving it behind, It should be there. It's not adding up.

The Best Western's okay I'm not sure why it's called the Plus. This is the oldest Best Western "Plus" ever been at outdated. Most of time the pluses are super nice. Several times throughout the day I tried to take a shower and there is no hot water. UPDATE: day 2 still no hot water I'm having to take a cold shower Not sure what's going on with that. Took 1 hr to get checked in they were short on housekeepers there was several of people waiting in the lobby to get checked in buddy of mine room wasn't ready until 430 But the bed is comfortable clean I don't see any bugs and Wi-Fi is okay. Heat/ac in room works great
