States 10.00 late fee and I was charged 102. Extra.Hassled me and manager was extremely rude and argumentative. Refused to read my signed paperwork from Simi Valley Avis where I rented from.

The two ladies did not want to rent to me for no reason when in all places they serve you kindly but they are very bitter and they yell at you and chase you away, they have to be greeted urgently, not at all humble
