MOLD CENTRAL - I lived here for one year and had to leave as soon as the lease was up.
* Laundry Machines are constantly broken. at one point only 5 machines in one of the laundry rooms was functional out of 12 machines. they also charge 3.25 for one load of laundry and 4.00 for the dryer. such a scam when none of the machines are ever available and the laundromat is so much cheaper. The machines also very often take money but don't start. leasing never refunds.
* Window sills are constantly MOLDY. windows create so much condensation and maintenance will only wipe them off and paint over the mold
* One of our windows would not open at all and maintenance never fixed it. This caused our apartment to be stuffy and we could never properly air out the room.
*Once there was a officer involved shooting in the back near our apartments and when my boyfriend called the leasing office to let them know to tell people to not go outside, they didn't even care. they said there was nothing they could do even though they could have easily sent out an email warning residents
*The complex is constantly having water issues. at first it was fine and they would let us know via email when there was a planned shut off, but as the year progressed it happened more and more without warning.
*strange people are constantly wandering the complex. They come in through the back where the drainage ditch is. Apt does not do enough to monitor. constant people going through trash or walking around that don't live here

Update: Lived here for 8 years. Very affordable rent, quiet community, and respectful neighbors. Salina and the leasing office team were always professional and helpful, and any maintenance requests I submitted were resolved quickly.

I can’t say enough about the amazing team at Centerpointe Apartment Homes at Colton. Selina, Unique, Yvette, Lorenzo, Tiffany, and all the supporting team members. Found a nice Studio for a family member I was helping and they helped us make it all possible in a short time!

This place is disgusting and full of cockroaches. Half of the laundry machines are constantly broken and they smell awful. The entire property smells like dog poop, plus there's stray cats meowing all night every night. There's always homeless people dumpster diving so it doesn't feel safe to take your trash out. Management is only friendly during move-in, afterwards they couldn't care less. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

UPDATE: I'm thrilled to share my positive experience at Centrepointe Apartments after living here for 8 months. What truly stands out is how consistently peaceful the community is, responsive the maintenance team is. My apartment itself was in great condition when I moved in, and I haven't encountered a single issue or complaint since. The management team is always pleasant and helpful. It's refreshing to live somewhere so well-managed and enjoyable. I and my husband have Zero complaints, 100% satisfied❤️

these apartments are very misleading on the website it looks very big for a one bedroom in person it's very small. i've been living here for 2 years and the there making me pay 1900 for a 1 bedroom the stove is very small the AC doesn't work right it only blows cold air in the room i've called the front office about my dishwasher because whenever i use it it's always leaking out water the pools are always dirty and the washing machines are expensive. if your on a budget i wouldn't recommend staying here.!

I have not moved in yet but Lorenzo has been a great property manager so far. He is knowledgeable, understanding, and cares for the tenants. He is responsive to phone calls and has great follow-through. I look forward to continuing to work with him.
The lady that works there seems to be as friendly and helpful as Lorenzo. So far, I would definitely recommend this place.
