While the team is polite and courteous, the efficiency needs major improvement. I stood waiting in line for 15 minutes with no one in front of me because the employees were caught up in long conversations. They need better training on how to handle talkers and prioritize waiting customers.

Friendly and polite. The whole staff is is Awesome I recommend this branch to any and all chase members I'd give you 6 stras but I can't. Greselda is very Great at her job and Dulce the manager is a great asset
