“I've been going to this Gap Factory for years.They're located in the Mountain Grove, north side of the plaza in Redlands. Plenty of parking.The employees are always very helpful and courteous here. I always find something that I like, but usually wait for the item to go on sale. You have a 50/50 chance that you'll find your size when they do mark it down.”

“Janet from the store went above and beyond. I’ve shopped at old navy for over 15 years and I’ve never met a worker like her. She was welcoming, very sweet, very informative, and actually cared about the people she was dealing with. I don’t think a worker can get better than her, and not only that she does things with intention. I don’t even think she realizes but she makes a difference just with her presence. I never really do reviews but I need the company to know they have a jewel on their hands. Thank you Janet for your time and it was a pleasure meeting you. We need more Janet’s in this world! I definitely will be back because of this woman, I know it was just a purchase and 1 interaction but what a difference she makes just that 1 time. “Back to school shopping with the twins was a breeze thanks to Old Navy. They had some great dales and a nice selection of jeans, pants, and shorts. My girls found exactly what they wanted and then some. All the employees were friendly and welcoming. Especially the young lady working the changing rooms. The store is super clean and @ the perfect temperature especially during this IE heat. My only complaint is that they don't have a great selection of young ladies/women's shirts. They had a lot of bodysuits and super frilly shirts. My girls really didn't dig em. So they only got jeans, pants, and shorts. Overall Old Navy was great experience and we picked up some great finds for the new school year! I definitely recommend coming by and checking them out.”

“Good day I was just a shopping at rainbow store in San Bernardino I just wanted to tell you what wonderful service I received from the cashier named Susie she has a great customI servicelike to mention there was a lady in here with like five grandchildren and the staff was excellent to these kids the kids were crying kind of running around but nobody was rude to them this lady has a nerve to call corporate and complain saying it was a kid unfriendly that is wrong thank you Susie Veronica and also the assistant I'm sorry I forgot your name thank you so much I will be back have a great day”

“I didn't even know this place existed until recently. They were having a special for kids haircuts and I thought I would try this salon. My daughter has sensory difficulties and the staff here was amazing at accommodating her. This was the first hair cut in 5 years that didn't end in tears. Jessie listened to my little girl and made adjustments throughout the entire time. Jessie was calm and fun at the same time. She gave clear and simple directions to my daughter when the scissors came out. The other staff members were also knowledgeable about my questions on "swim hair" and gave me good advice. I will definitely be back.”

“I had ordered a watch from the website 3 weeks before my anniversary for my husband and when i checked to see the location of it, it stated still in route to the store. I of course contacted the customer service number only to be re routed to the store. After a few attempts I finally reached a representative at the store. I of course was not rude to the ladies even though i was frustrated with my situation as one, they are not owner of the store but workers and two they weren't the company shipping my watch. After speaking to a representative Karissa, who was understanding and i formed me of the policies, i asked to speak to a manager as I needed a solution to the problem. I spoke to the manager named Maria, she was also very understanding and while she gave me the same run down of the policies attempted to help me. I was not at all expecting them to fix my issue right then and there as that unrealistic and unreasonable, hearing that they at least were looking i to it made me happy. She asked that i allow the weekend to see if the watch showed at the store. Monday came and i received a notice that my watch was at the store. I was so excited, i drove yo the store which is down the street from where i worked, to only find out it had been returned to sender by the delivery company as the label was not legible. I talked to Maria and in person she was just as sweet than on the phone, i was able to get store credit and Karissa was willing to go above and beyond! These ladies made my day ! I will be returning! It shows that being kind to people even when frustrated always helps.”
