Ordered them on line at 11:00 p.m. and picked up next day at noon. When ordering it asked if it was a gift and I checked "yes". I called next day to see if my purchase was ready and young lady on phone was so helpful and pleasant, saying "I look forward to seeing you soon ". What a welcoming conversation. I go in to pick up my purchase and she knew right away who I was and brought me out the most beautifully wrapped package with a big Christmas bow on it. I'm overwhelmed at how attentive they were to making my gift special. If you're looking for a one of a kind, top quality and impressive western article, then step inside this gem! “I've been going to this Gap Factory for years.They're located in the Mountain Grove, north side of the plaza in Redlands. Plenty of parking.The employees are always very helpful and courteous here. I always find something that I like, but usually wait for the item to go on sale. You have a 50/50 chance that you'll find your size when they do mark it down.”

“I had ordered a watch from the website 3 weeks before my anniversary for my husband and when i checked to see the location of it, it stated still in route to the store. I of course contacted the customer service number only to be re routed to the store. After a few attempts I finally reached a representative at the store. I of course was not rude to the ladies even though i was frustrated with my situation as one, they are not owner of the store but workers and two they weren't the company shipping my watch. After speaking to a representative Karissa, who was understanding and i formed me of the policies, i asked to speak to a manager as I needed a solution to the problem. I spoke to the manager named Maria, she was also very understanding and while she gave me the same run down of the policies attempted to help me. I was not at all expecting them to fix my issue right then and there as that unrealistic and unreasonable, hearing that they at least were looking i to it made me happy. She asked that i allow the weekend to see if the watch showed at the store. Monday came and i received a notice that my watch was at the store. I was so excited, i drove yo the store which is down the street from where i worked, to only find out it had been returned to sender by the delivery company as the label was not legible. I talked to Maria and in person she was just as sweet than on the phone, i was able to get store credit and Karissa was willing to go above and beyond! These ladies made my day ! I will be returning! It shows that being kind to people even when frustrated always helps.”
