I had to write about the great experience I have shopping at this Stater Bros location. I have a closer one to my house but I rather drive a little farther because this store is always clean and the employees are so nice from the meat department to cashier and especially the Manager I think his name is Brian. Everyone looks happy to be working there. Thank you for the great service and cleanliness.

Service is great, employees are very friendly. The only issue I've had is store not honoring their own digital coupons that they advertise in their store for members. Due to technical difficulties possibly? Even then, they should be able to check the price to manually input it.

Food is generally fine and priced average over all. I generally find a little better price at Walmart though. Service is good and I generally find no issues. Ambiance is generally fine. Four stars

Was just in there and found everything I was looking for to make a nice thanks giving dinner. I would like to show appreciation to a clerk there named Prey, I am a local to this store and everytime I come in she always shows top tier customer service and always has a smile on her face, if there is a way for the company to show her some love I'd appreciate it.

I don't know who to blame, management or inconsiderate customers. I've tired of the number of times people are in the Express line with a cart full of groceries, and then at then end decide to buy a lottery. Mention it to the clerk and you get a blank stare.And as others have noted, the deli counter people are generally never to be found.

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD SHOPPING AT THIS STORE.The deli counter employees are disgruntled, rude & don't want to do their job.EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in this store they NEVER have fresh food out.I came 12/4 @ 6pm to order chicken tenders and potatoes wedges. There were no potato wedges so I asked for fresh ones. Along with a fresh order of chicken strips because they had been sitting out all day.JONATHAN M (whose attitude was beyond repulsive) refused. According to him they have to serve what is out and can't make fresh orders.If I'm paying for an order do something as a customer I have the right to have it done FRESH.They pretty much try to BULLY you into buying old hard chicken.I asked for a manager (JOEL) who obviously was inexperienced in running the front and customer service.I waited 30 minutes for him to come to the deli counter before FINALLY going to find him myself and explaining the situation.He goes to the back and comes out. Tells me they'll make the order but I'll have to wait for them to clean the fryers. (I had already been waiting 30 minutes from when I originally stepped in the store and placed the order) he told me it would take 15 minutes.Back to JONATHAN MAfter speaking with a manager he still proceeds to ARGUE with me over making the order I asked for.It then gets to the point he starts extending the time frame for "cleaning the fryers" from 15 minutes to FORTY MINUTES. And apparently they only have ONE fryer.This was by far the worst experience I've had shopping at staters bros. This lack of work ethic shows they do not value customer's business. I shouldn't have had to go through this many hoops just to order food that I AM PAYING FOR.Definitely following up with corporate. Their needs to be coaching's done on proper customer service and how to treat people who spend their money to shop there.In synopsis I spent 48 MINUTES IN THE STORE. All of which going back and forth with an employee and poor management. And to which NO FRYER had been finished cleaning :)

I just want to give a compliment for cashiers Sylvia Martinez and Mark. They both are kind regardless if they have a mean or rude customer, both are still professional and nice! I witness one of the rudest customers and they kept their cool and professionalism! I want to compliment the bakery as well.

If you have a disability you better come looking the part or else you will not be provided with accommodation or assistance if you ask a store associate. At least that was my experience when I visited this particular stater bros market. News flash, disability doesn't always have an apparent image or stereotypical appearance. I wish I would have not been refused assistance when I asked the young store associate for a basket, they literally told me to retrieve it myself and chuckled to one another at my request. As a customer who has visited staters other places before, this was the most embarrassing experiences and I am sure if I would have obviously looked to be suffering from a disability I would have been helped. But it is sad that that must be the case. I hope management will stress quality customer service and the fulfillment of simple customer requests to their future hires.

I just want to say I am so impressed with Stater Bros they were cleaning the windows or doors it looks do sparkling. Thank you for being there for me. I moved from Orange County to here you make proud to be a Saterstoydian.

I live close by so naturally I go shopping here. The employees are very rude. I hear them using curse words while working. But Gissell one of the checkers is the worst. She was rude to my disabled father and when I spoke up she gave me an attitude. Then the box boy started laughing. I called a manager and the main office about this. I have gone in a few times since and she is still rude. I have gone through her line since and she looks pissed off and just has an ugly attitude. I will do my business elsewhere from now on.

Found mold on these croissants as soon as I walked into the store on July 1, 2022. It's the closest grocery store to my house, so I come here often. I've seen a few things amiss with this store but this is by far the worst.

The employees here don't know what customer service should look like. Most employees I've encountered here are not friendly or kind. I can't ask for help to find stuff around the store because the employees here can't be bothered and when I pay the cashiers are not too friendly. The only thing that's keeping me from rating this store a 1 star is that they're always good about keeping the store clean. Overall, I've been to other stater bros and the experience is typically a lot better.

Located on Barton Rd. Dropped by to pick up some flowers for my grandparents gravesite. So many lovely flowers to chose from and they're all reasonably priced. Also, I just had to get some chocolate covered strawberries too. Employees were friendly and fast with their service.

My local stater bros was closed for money orders, so I drove to this location. I'm never one to leave reviews, but the guy who helped me out named Alejandro was extremely rude. I've never done a money order before, and he was not helpful or nice. Just because someone doesn't know how it works, doesn't mean you can give attitude and be rude. Your job is to help, terrible customer service .
