“I had such a great experience with this flower shop! The quality of the flowers is always amazing—everything is fresh, beautifully arranged, and lasts much longer than flowers I’ve bought elsewhere. You can really tell they care about the products they put out.
The customer service at Karla’s Flower Shop is just as impressive as the flowers. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Karla , Gladys, Adriana, and Briana are all wonderful, and Briana especially always goes above and beyond. Every time I’ve ordered from them, I’ve been completely happy with what I received. The flowers are always beautiful and last a long time. I will definitely keep coming back!

“Hilton's staff came through for me, and I am sooo grateful! I called late on Monday afternoon with a special request for my father's and aunt's joint funeral service (1 1/2 days later) - I needed them to incorporate sage blooms that I gathered that day. Another shop closer to the chapel required a photo of what I wanted - but that did not exist. When I called Hiltons, pretty desperate - Joyce (?) was calming and assured that their designer Evelyn would work with me to meet my vision. When I arrived 10 minutes later, Evelyn already had ideas to show me, and I loved it all. They both also had the know how to soak the blooms, as they had already wilted when I handed them over. When I arrived at the chapel yesterday, I was so touched and blown away by the arrangements. They looked SO amazing. I am still so happy with the end result, as well as how respectful, understanding and kind both women were. Also, amazing value! Delivery was included and after I ordered the arrangements, I felt I could breathe! 🙏🏽 Recommend to the utmost!”

My only specifications were that they include roses and lilies and that the flowers be all white. I LOVED how the flowers turned out! “Ordered flowers for my grandma's 84th birthday, the flowers I picked online were colorful Daisy's and carnations . The flowers my grandma received were even better than the ones pictured online, still had Daisy's. Still had carnations, and some roses. It was very colorful how I expected even tho the flowers were a tiny bit different. I have absolutely no complaints .. they even put glitter on them which made them so much more extra special!! “My son and his girlfriend were in college. He wanted to give her flowers on their first date and didn't want to buy them at the supermarket. He enlisted my help. He had waited until the last minute. What florist is open Sunday morning? Very few. I found Romi's shop was close by. I didn't realize that it's a wholesale shop. I was looking for a rainbow rose, purple roses, or sunflowers. After Talking to Romi, I apologized for not realizing she did wholesale. But she said to come by anyway and suggested preserved flowers. I'd never heard of preserved flowers and loved the idea.When we got there at 11, it was just a small place next to a car repair. But it was stuffed full of flowers. It smelled nice, not overpowering. Romi suggested a flower bear. My son thought it was an awesome suggestion. Then I noticed a rainbow rose in a globe!!!Well that was perfect. He was very happy. We appreciated all the information and advice she gave us. As we were leaving 2 guys came in. They had driven 3+ hours just to visit the store. Seems that Romi has an Instagram account and is famous for posting fabulous floral creations. PS. He's still with his gf. She Loves her Flowers which she views every day.”

We are not from the area and scurried trying to find a place last minute, and this was hands down the best place. We had stopped by different flowers shops in the area, but Heather was so sweet and quick to help us and show us what she could do and help us with a budget we had. She had everything done SO FAST and was honestly the best pricing! We absolutely loved the flowers she came up with, and loved the ribbons, my parent in laws really appreciated the flowers to help lay their son to rest.
