Don't get a membership.. I have been trying to cancel my pass there for the last two months and they are still charging my credit card.. Please before getting a pass try calling their customers service number or website and see for your self.. You will never get through or be able to talk to someone.. Their employees at the site don't know how to do it either they just give you the runaround service .. I strongly do not recommend this place to no one.

This place WAS amazing like 3 years ago. I remember when it opened and I used to have a unlimited membership for myself and my mother in law... but towards the end of the pandemic and this last year IT WENT TO TRASH & IT IS GROSS...then the hoses would have zero power, no more air hoses to blow water out, no more sunshades above the vacuum areas. SCUMB BAG HOUSELESS ADDICTS THAT ARE SO SKETCHY THAT MAKE YOU NOT WANT TO VACUUM OR CLEAN OUT YOUR CAR NOW

Not to single out this particular location (E St), but the whole Go Carwash Co. It was a good deal and upfront company (Matt's) prices increase 30% service is the same, beware of buying a membership! They automatically bill your card every month (read the small print). But what is not in the small print *** they charge your card almost two (2) weeks before your current membership expires *** which means you pay for 30 days and only get around 20 days. They also seem to have issues with cancelling and refunding your money.

I had trouble finding it but once you go straight inside the gas shopping center keeping going straight and to your left is the drive through. There is no sign or nothing but you just choose on the touch screen which wash you would like. My dodge was pretty dirty and it cleaned it up. I’m happy with the wash.The only note is that it did not completely dry my car so bring your own microfiber towel.Once you are done with the wash turn right to use the vaccums.

Avoid this place. I had payed for fast track and never received the pass. I have had to show the receipt to an attendant who left me waiting at the gate for some time. Does not wash rear of vehicle and the vacuums are worthless. They have no suction.

Attention if anyone is having problems with your fastpass sticker, we're your being charged but can't use the wash. This had been going on for about a year and the owner Lucia islas won't return the money they are stilling from you hard working customers, not only dose she not give refunds she still let's this carwash operate knowing it's broken and still dose nothing to help customers with damage cars. Please don't use this location nor other gogo express wash locations

You have to pay $12 min car wash to use vacuums and air cannons that don't exist. Waited 10 min to use one of three vacuums that worked. Stay away from this place.

There are only 3 vacuums available. The rest are all missing. And out those 3 only 1 had an suction power.

So it's under new management who hasn't put any vacuums up no air blasters to dry the cars. This new manager has no people skills,very rude and walks away instead of trying to fix the problem, will not be going back. The other manager Andrew would actually help instead of running
