They told us yesterday they do returns within 60 days of purchase. Go to return and they said they only do exchanges and they still charge you!! Waste of time and money

Good place to find items. Staff is friendly. This is one of my favorite goodwill. I have visited a lot of different locations and this one is on my top 10.

This is the most overpriced Goodwill I've ever been to. Prices are often retail or more than retail...a low quality Spiderman mask for $19, a hat that I had purchased for my son new for $3 was listed for $7. Used tshirts were $4 or $5. Shoes were retail prices for used shoes. Disappointing...we will do our thrifting elsewhere.

I shop goodwill more often than the average person so I feel like my testimony bears a certain kind of trust! The goodwill in Colton not only offers great products but the staff employed here are A grade. Being that I visit this store weekly, I can refer to employees by name and hope that anyone interested in adding this to their route, finds this review helpful. Ernesto, who is the manager at this location, always goes that extra mile to make sure you are finding what you are looking for and also double checking to see if you are receiving the best service from all of his employees. Never been to this store and not been greeted by Ernesto. A couple of employees I deal with on a normal basis are Calli and Eric, who always make sure I am finding what I need in the store. This store and it's employees resemble exactly what Goodwill stands for. I look forward to my next visit to this location. I would recommend visiting this location if you have never been here or are just looking to branch out from your normal stores. You will not be disappointed with the crew and all the great products found here. Thank you to all of you for your continued service each and everytime I visit your store!

Eric & Jennifer were amazing and went out of their way looking for something I mistakenly dropped off at the donation centre. They had to go through all the recent bags and look at the cctv footage and they did everything they had to, but at the end of it, they made my day! So grateful for their help. The A team, for real!

I love coming to this Goodwill store. More better pricing and clothes better quality, better pricing if you get the 2 colors of the day. One color will be 50% off the other color 25% off... Thats when it's worth it...

Goodwills never really hit for me not even the bins and goodwill has changed over the years don’t forget that this store never has anything and it’s always obvious it’s been picked through instead of looking restocked never any people on the floor restocking

My family is very frequent shoppers of goodwills and decided to give this one a shot.. usually go to Redlands or highland goodwill.. well upon check out , the older Caucasian cashier(i don’t have her name) decided to decline my son his school ID for his 15% discount very rudely to my KINDERGARTEN son who has used his school ID at other goodwills without problems. The cashier states it’s only for high school kids and my son gotVery sad. She called her manage to prove to me she was right and the manager told her “any valid school I’d” which she continued back and forth with the manager “well isn’t it just high school or junior high” not wanting to accent the fact that the customer was right. She rudely came back and I told her she should know her own employers policies before being extremely rude to my son who was now sad he couldn’t use his ID. My son continued to show his Id which she completely ignored him. She argued back and forth with me before the manager literally had to tell her “enough!” . Goodwill should be ashamed to have employees like her representing their name. In the end, my son did receive his 15% on a toy he wanted. The money and discount is not a problem… the rude demeanor of your employee thet is not acceptable.
