I had a hole in my tire and needed to change it after work. Stopped by and got its patched within 30 minutes and for free. It was a great and quick service!

These guys were so amazing. They waited past closing time for me to get my Pilot towed over to them. This saved me. They were quick and friendly. I highly recommend Big Brand Tire to any one searching for car maintenance whether it’s for your tires, Your alignment or just an oil change , these guys are the ones to go to. Took my car in for a poorly running engine and check engine light. My car took a little than expected but the front desk and mechanic went above and beyond to ensure my car was finished before closing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Been taking my vehicles here for maintenance for years.

There are few things more important than the tires we ride our families around on. Customers truly depend on the people that provide this necessary service. In this case it is Claudiu and Corean at the Colton store. They both noticed something different but equally important on my car. Having a good work ethic requires concern, attentiveness and the willingness to tackle all aspects of the job to achieve great results. Qualities that are uncommon in today's society where no one wants to do anything more than what is asked... I can't thank Corean and Claudiu enough for how they put my safety first. Went this morning because I had low tire pressure and needed to get them checked out, took it in the woman working at the front desk didn't know how to turn on the compressor to put air in the tires at the tire shop. What kind of joke is going on here? You would think that the minimal requirements work in a tire shop is knowing how to put air in the tires and using the air compressor. Time to find a new tire shop and I've been coming here for a while.

Jose helped make sure I didn’t get anything unnecessary by doing his own assessment. It was a “slow day” so they were incredibly fast. Two tire changes plus oil change took about 30 minutes! And he took the time to share why the brand and price was most suitable for my vehicle. Great warranty with the tires too! They are my new local shop!
