Rip off artists. My so-called professional tax preparer took my W2 and all necessary forms for my tax return this year. After all is typed in and paperwork was ready to sign they should me my federal and state tax return and then their fees. That's where the rip off lies. Their fees were for over $400! My tax return was only 1200ish and they wanted $400 of it!!! I asked why the fees were not told to me before I sat them with over an hour answering all their questions! They said each person's fees are different so they can't. Oh, ok. So expect Liberty Tax to want around $490 and up for that services. That's why u get $50 bucks when doing their taxes with them...because they already got you for 40% of your personal return. Go to someone u trust. Poor migrants go there and they have no idea what's going on. Shame on you CROOKS!

This place raped my taxes. Paid $600 for them to be done. The fee was supposed to come out of my federal tax return but the took it out of my state taxes and didn't tell me they were doing that. Taxes look linger than usual to come back too. Don't waist your time with these crooks!!!

I regret coming here, I should have just said no and gone somewhere else. I ended up paying $425 to get my taxes done. They don't tell you their fee until all your paperwork is done, had I known ahead of time I would have gone somewhere else. My fault, lesson learned. I should have asked first but I was just used to the $45-$60 fee from the previous tax preparation service companies I've used before, I didn't expect to pay $425. The lady who helped me could have been replaced with a robot and the service would have been the same. Basic customer service. Honestly, the best thing that came out of this place was the free candy on the desk...
