THREE hours for a drop and hook that was already loaded and ready to go! An hour and half just to get in the gate at 5am. Then paperwork had seal error and instead of fixing it I had to wait an hour for them to completely redo the entire paperwork in their system. Pathetic!!!

It was a little crowded when I first got here, but the security guard did his part, and thanks to the lady ? that finish check me in thanks guys for making my day and trip go perfect, we'll come back and visit soon,

Loaded quickly, but for the paperwork, you have to wait for a while people who are doing the paperwork really slow for me almost 3 hours of waiting to get my paperwork
