Brought in a white coat that had pen marks in the pocket. I told her I tried some rubbing alcohol that helped lighten the marks but not completely. She simply says “no, it won’t come out.” I told her the marks had already lightened from rubbing alcohol and asked if they could at least try since they’re meant to be professional cleaners. She says “you try.” Took the rest of the clothes I brought with me and walked out. Says a lot about a dry cleaners that can’t fix simple pen marks.

It was a Saturday afternoon and I was trying to find a place in the Loma Linda area that I could drop off some dry-cleaning and get it back on Monday afternoon. I went to 3 other dry cleaners and called a couple more and no luck. I then called Magic Dry Cleaners and they could accommodate the timing we needed so I hurried over to drop off the clothes. The man that was at the desk was very friendly and it looked like it was a Mom & Pop cleaner and I was very happy to give them our business. We picked up the clothes today and they were nicely cleaned and pressed. Highly recommend you give them a try too!

Best dry cleaners in the Inland Empire. Been going there since 1997. I moved 30 miles away and I still take my clothes there. They do everything. Never ever had a complaint.
