“I read and did my research of local banks in the area before I decided who I was going to choose for my banking purposes. As a veteran, I decided to choose Navy Federal credit Union. The process was fast and easy. I filled out an application online and received an email later on how I can submit documents to be verified. I could have uploaded it online or mailed it, but I am old-fashioned. I like to go in person. I made sure I brought all the documents, made sure the documents are recent and up to date to verify. I walked in and was greeted and let them know what I was there for. There was three people ahead of me. As I sat and waited in the lobby visual layout looks great, place looks clean and employees were professional interacting with other Members. I had the opportunity to have Brianna assist me.
