Outside of all my life responsibilities I really enjoy early in the morning or throughout the day catering to my home plant life from watering, pruning, feeding and watching it all grow. I seek quality and local.
I was at Home Depot wishing I was somewhere more plant focused and came across a lovely elderly woman who recommended this location.
Medium sized area, with a variety of plants, shrubs, trees, seeds and baby blooming vegetables and more ready to go.
The selection in the front can use a little more watering, but out back everything is well taken care of and immaculate. You can see the pride in the work being done and I absolutely appreciate that.
The cashier is very professional, insightful and funny. Made the purchase a delight and a must.
Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more.”

“I stopped by Dan's Lawnmower Center today with the hope of finding some parts for a minibike that has an old Tecumseh 4hp HS40 motor. “Great prices and a good amount of variety. I bought avocado, apple, pear, and persimmon trees. There were 5 types of pear trees to choose from. The persimmon tree was already producing fruit, so I was able to enjoy those immediately! Delivery was available. So, I was able to get trees that were too tall to fit in my SUV. The owner seemed knowledgeable and gave me advice on how to keep my avocado tree a manageable size. This is now my go-to nursery!”

“In all the times I have been to home depot I have not had customer service as good as the one I had from one particular employee, his name: Adam Lessard from the home depot in Rialto Ca, he guided me through the entire process of choosing the material to replace my roof, he consulted 3 employees with more experience than him to make sure I had everything I needed, he spoke with his manager to make my purchase the most economical when looking for discounts, it took about an hour and a half to Help me, this guy truly loves his job, whatever your project may be, I recommend that you look for him to help you and I assure you that you will be happy to bring the material you need for the lowest price! I wish there were more employees like him! Heh heh heh I'm Mexican and the only thing that would improve this friend's attention would be if he spoke Spanish so well that I could use my Tijuana English.”
“We recently came to Home Depot to find a particular plunger that has always worked for us. We walked around and looked down a few aisles trying to find it. Then this worker Dean approached us and asked if we needed help locating anything. Not only did he walk us directly to the aisle, he also made sure we found the specific one we wanted. It's nice to have someone show you and not tell you because the store can be difficult to navigate. We appreciate the kind service!The lines are always short and quick. I'll definitely be back!”
“Been going here for years for all kinds of different jobs and have most recently been expanding my garden and this location always has what I need. I've gone to other Home Depots, but they are not all created equal. I find the Moreno Valley location has a better variety of plants and pots, as well as the soil I like to use. Also, we were looking for a specific size and color of rock for one of our planters and they were the only location that had it in stock and as many bags as we needed. Every employee we've encountered has been very nice and helpful, so no complaints there.”

“I agreed to pick up a plant for a friend in Arizona as I was driving back from a week in LA. He called ahead to make sure they had the plant and, knowing they open at 8am, I tried to schedule my drive so I arrived right at opening. Well, traffic was lighter than expected and I ended up getting there about 20 minutes early. As I parked a young woman waved at me through my window and as I got out of the car she asked me to let her know if I needed help. I told her I was picking up a tree for a friend, and she knew exactly the tree I was looking for and had already pulled it aside. She could not have been lovelier and more helpful and the tree was perfect and very healthy looking. I got a free water and was back in my car and on the road before they were even officially open. More businesses should be this friendly, accommodating and professional. If I lived in the community, I would do all my plant shopping at Serrano. It just brightened my morning!”
