Pretty much always have the parts I need they'll end up ordering it are called her sister shops to see if they have it and have it brought in later that day or first thing in the morning ?

they test and charged my battery for free, and then later brought my vehicle to test the charging system. all this happened before, if necessary to buy a new battery, but wasn't necessary. very honest company and employee, thanks

This O'Reilly location is my spot for my car preventive maintenance and car parts needs. Tammy and her team are efficient and provide great customer service. They are always helpful in being attentive, answer all your questions, and are proactive. They have great prices and get the parts delivered and in stock in a timely manner.

The last time I ever come to this store....horrible horrible customer service they're supposed to be open till 10: 00pm...here it is 9:15pm and they're closed. I was here previously to pick up a part, and an hour and a half past the posted opening time and they were still not open. Stood in line outside with an employee waiting for someone to open the store. So if you drive any distance and you're thinking they're going to be open you better call first... chances are they won't be during business hours.
