Couldn’t have asked for a better pilot. I was working local here for a bit and it was always nice to come in and see the super friendly and up beat staff. Especially Riah. They typically always had a shower available when I needed it and I really liked the porch area for waiting.

Riah is so helpful. She brings the life into this Pilot travel center. Trust me when I say I've been to different pilots across the country and she brings customer service to a whole new level. I love this place. Staff are always friendly, considerate, and helpful. Contrary to other reviews, this place is actually very clean. If you want everything to be spick and span and brand spanking new then go to a brand new Pilots lol. This one has been here for years and is, in my opinion, above standards in a lot of areas.
