Very organized store unlike some. Great customer service and friendly workers but on Tuesdays it's a madhouse. Long long lines, employees stressed. Better off going to Marshalls on Tuesdays and be happy

So pleasantly surprised that I had stopped going to this Ross and I stopped by a few weeks ago after maybe 2-3 years of not coming into this store and it has changed a lot. It's probably a new manager, the store is clean and we'll stocked, organized and customer services is outstanding. Great job to who ever is running... read full comment
