It was easy to shop here on Friday afternoon as there were hardly any shoppers, which seems unusual. I hadn't been to a 99 since before Covid, so the price tag shock was in full effect. I found two grocery items priced at .99 (blueberries and a little tub of yogurt)-- the majority of groceries were $2.49 but many were more expensive than that. The variety was excellent though. I really wanted this big container of chamoy peach rings but at $6.99, it defeated my purpose of buying food to feed my kids until I finally get paid on the 15th. This store was organized and clean. Service at the checkout was friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and parking was very convenient. I will shop here again.

I shop here alot and I am extremely disappointed with what happened today. I bought a Christmas item that was advertised as 75% off. I thought my total sounded a little higher than expected so I reviewed my receipt. They charged me $3.99 for the item. I went back in and spoke to a manager. She said it originally cost 6.99. I calculated on my phone and showed her than it was marked down correctly and should have been $+.75. She said there was nothing she could do except offer store credit and said she couldn't change the price. So you falsely advertise something and then refuse to give my money back? False advertising is a crime and any other store would have made the adjustment and given me the difference but not this place. Don't go here unless you want to be lied to and then told there is nothing they can do about it.

As someone who enjoys shopping at 99 cents stores, I was extremely pleased with the variety of items available for sale. Since hubby needed items for a work project, we went to the aisle for school supplies and was happy to see a variety of poster boards as well as construction paper packages available. Although some of the construction papers packages were more than 99 cents (with some as much as $3.99,) we felt the higher price was worth it for the amount of paper provided. While browsing the store for snacks and future lunch food, I was delighted to find a microwave meal as well as a variety of microwave popcorn which doesn't contain milk. Lastly, hubby was satisfied with the canned food aisle which had vegetarian chili with beans as well as tofu. The checkout process was quick and efficient. Since this store was well stocked and well organized, we will definitely be back to shop here soon!

Today I was at the store around 10:30 am and store was full of people and no baskets, when I got in line there were 2 cashiers and lines had about 10 people in each line, took me 25 minutes to get to register. Not following social distancing.

I really appreciate and enjoy shopping at this particular store. It is well run and staffed with good people and they provide a great service. Especially now in the midst of this pandemic they rise to a higher level of service. Please keep up the excellent service.

This store has to be one of the few cleanest and organized 99 cent stores I've ever been too. I actually drive past one closer to me to come here. So my review isn't about the store or it's product. It's about the manager. The short light skin short black hair lady. I have never seen such a mean disrespectful lady manager on top of that treat employees and customers the way she does. Two weeks ago I thought while standing in line maybe she is just having a bad day and shook it off. Last weekend I stopped by and was like maybe it's early in the morning. But today I realize standing line and watching her talk to employees in a horrible tone and disrespecting the customer in front of me she is just a unhappy miserable human being. If you don't like your job find another one. If your unhappy find what makes you happy. Lady whatever your name is you need help. You can't treat people or talk to people the way you do. Don't forget your in Colton/San Bernardino.

Would of gotten no stars but Yelp won't let me. I normally loved this store because it's one of the bigger locations. But because of the situation that happened here, I have not been back. It's crazy because I went in there crying, meaning I was already having a bad day. I went in to use the restroom and an African American employee, (been meaning to have someone get her name) was walking out and I asked her to open the bathroom for me. I walked in the first stall, saw it had no toilet paper, and went to the second one. I was in there, maybe 10 minutes, when she came and opened the door and said 'ma'am you've been in here too long you need to get out, you can't hang out in here' I went to say 'Im using the restroom' but she rudely interrupted me and said I had to leave. I hurried up with my business, started crying again and washed my hands. I thought that was bad enough but things got so much worse. I opened the door to leave and there she was with security. Even worse that it was a man, I said I was using the bathroom and she said 'you were taking too long and I saw when you went in you went in the first stall' I told her there was no toilet paper in the first stall, and I embarrassing enough told them what number I was going. After that I starting crying hysterically and just made a beeline for the exit, and they followed me! So I technically was escorted out for *taking too long (for her standards) in the restroom*. My living situation has me looking a little rugged so I believe I was mistreated based on how I looked, I'm sure if it was any other customer this would not have happened to them. All I know is thay was the most traumatizing experience I've ever had in a store and I have not been able to go back since.

I have only visited this location a few times and I like it a lot more comparing to others. Store is clean, well stocked and the employees are friendly. So far, so good!
