“Been to this location 5-6 times, typically only half full, only complaint is for new or first time users is lack of signage telling you to go to the rooftop (3rd floor) location…otherwise there are “other” non Tesla charge stations (Blink, etc) with MUCH less convenience & charge efficiency”

“Clean and great customer service! This Greyhound Bus Station is safe because they have a Security Guard there! Went there because the one in downtown Riverside closed down! This one is way better! Going to Ohio next month will leave from here. Can’t wait!”

“I've read the reviews most ppl posted and I will admit, I did have my doubts. Although you call and no one answers, I will say the service was over great and the experience out weighs the reviews. It is a process, and with most comes patients. I was in and out with no prob. Cristian was very help and informative. I was in the lobby waiting and was chatting with others and listening to them share their previous experiences. Overall, MY experience with Hertz was wonderful and I look forward to my experience with the company.”

“Excellent care of our horse, they transported form the top of Washington to So Cal. He was in great shape upon delivery. Staff was friendly & helpful. Janice helped us a lot getting everything ready & Eddie the driver a great hand & good with the horse. He kept us updated during the trip too.”
