“Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this place. I received amazing customer service. Sonia was very friendly. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I reserved a 26 foot truck with a liftgate online. They actually had the truck when I got there to pick it up. Equipment isn't brand new but everything worked on the truck. As a general rule when I rent anything, I always take a thorough walk around video of the condition. I accidentally left my office keys behind in the truck. Paula helped me find them the next day. Life saver!”
