Supervisor let people with a child go ahead of the line, supervisor proceeded to touch the child and take pictures of the child, meanwhile I am standing there wondering why others can go ahead of me waiting in line.

I went in 8/6 for my passport for me and my children. I was super nervous one me being pregnant and having two kids with me.
But let me tell you Yvette is wonderful. She made is so easy and smooth I was stressing all night for nothing. Everyone at this location is super nice.

What a nice, convenient, and great service location.
Needed to verify my identity and the days kept on slipping by.
One day, on my way from work, I searched for a post office off the 10 fwy and it took me there. Was in and out in 5 minutes! Attendants were efficient and friendly, it shows when someone likes they job 👍

I ‘ve waited more than 30 mins for walk in passport and the staff did not came to work. Any body could me It is not busy anyway. They want me come back another day. Lazy staff.

I went in for my passport appointment and i messed up BAD and only got the passport card, but I walked back in and asked for Giselle to help me fix my problem and i paid for the passport book. Thankyou Giselle you are a hero🙏🙏 I was worried I would've had to make another appointment for the book but thank God she was able to fix it🫂

I went today for a passport and photo with my appointment online. The worker was so helpful and my nerves went away. The work was swift and quick. Definitely taking my kids here to take their out as well!!

I had a incident on FEBRUARY of 2025 with a mail lady and in the 14 years I lived in Colton we never had a problem with usps they nice people but this mail lady on that day seen that my girl were getting into the car, about to leave for she could park her van there to make it easier for her to deliver the mail but she came in fast and parked her car right in front of us and we weren’t able to leave, so we waited and she was taking long and that’s when my i honked and she got out of the van and started telling us we can’t park in front of my house and started raising her hands with an attitude, it looked like she was already having a bad day, that’s when my i got mad and started saying stuff back but then she reports it and says I was threatening to beat her up when that never happened so now they want us to get a P.O. Box, we tried to give our version of the incident but the supervisor evelia wasn’t interested in what we had to say because she was taking the mail lady she was so disrespectful about it so I don’t know how they have that lady as a supervisor super unprofessional so I hope usps takes action because that’s not okay no one should get disrespectful at their own home but again EVELiA is a horrible supervisor super unprofessional doesn’t even listen to victims side just what her employer said like if we don’t have witnesses I hope this helps anyone else, the other reviews talking about how they are rude disrespectful always have attitude trust me that’s real but hopefully usps can solve this problem

First, I wanna just say I have nothing bad against the postal carriers but today I was a little annoyed. I had plumbing service done today and he parked his vehicle in front of the mailbox. I thought he would be done by the time the mail carrier was gonna come by, but he wasn’t so our mail wasn’t delivered. I know he’s not supposed to get out of his vehicle but could he made this one time exception, especially if he gets off his truck right across the street to deliver their mail.🤦♀️

I been having issues with my mail , I don't get my mail on time The Post office colton says its not them it's the distribution center , Also when their is temp mail carriers I GET MAIL from Other HOME ADDRESSES THAT DONT belong to me AND I HAVE TO RETURNED The mail to the post office . O One time I call complain to a supervisor name Joshua he had bad attitude as if he wasn't getting pay the big bucks .I'm so disappointed in this service.

Used the will call window, lady in front of me had her mail checked on but when I asked where my mail was i was told she couldn't check and I needed to wait in the long morning line and wait for a clerk. My Informed Delivery notification said my item was delivered 3 days ago to my box but nothing was ever there. Isn't your will call window there for a reason?

Their customer service has really improved! Staff engages with all their customers and the young lady that helped me went above and beyond to ensure I received my registered envelope. She showed concern and compassion I wasnt expecting. Great job!
