I have gone to many Waba Grills, because I enjoy the food. However, I enjoy my bowls with garlic Serrano sauce and freshly squeezed lemon juice. I don't like to need to slather my rice in waba sauce or eat dry rice. They don't have freshly Sliced lemons here like they do at every other Waba, and they charge for their garlic Serrano sauce. I won't be coming back.

I've given this location many chances before leaving any review, but I'm so done. Is it so hard to get an order right? At least 3 times they gave me wrong rice, forget veggies, etc. Save your money.

Food was over cooked and the service is TERRIBLE kids watching football trying to prepare your food. Need to hire better staff these kids are rude and unprofessional even though it’s fast food. Will NEVER

Didn't get onion or extra onions that I requested on my chicken bowl with brown rice. Meal wasn't as good as it usually tastes with green onions little disappointed ☹️.Vegetarian options: ?

The person behind the counter was not friendly FerminAlso the cook inThe grill was loud watching footballThe teriyaki sauce taste like pine sol.My rib eye rice & veggie bowl was so low ,barely filled.I will not return here again.

Food is good, since COVID sitting inside is not welcomed..sauces are not available in packages which are more convenient than the little cups....I mean who is filling those?

Only a few customers in the place and the employee looked put upon. She never told me vegetables were extra. Chicken bowl was good and fresh.They used to have carrots ,onions and peppers on the side. Maybe Covid changed everything. Windows on the outside were dirty and the sign is worn. Looks like the owner does not give a S--T ! Also, the Grill in Redlands has specials and this one does not? I thought this was a franchise and they are supposed to be the same. Who knows anymore, after Covid all restaurants became more expensive with less food. I guess it is the NEW normal

I used to be a regular at this location for about 3 years (coming here 3 to 4 times a week) but recently I came here 2 times in a row and my meat was burnt to the point where it was inedible. Tasted like straight up charcoal. Unfortunately I will no longer be eating at Waba grill (or at least at this location) again.

First time I ever went hear yesterday. This was the only and first thing I ate. I was sadly food poisoned. The employees were very polite. I think your chicken may need to throw away. I saw that it wasn’t fresh.

There were not a lot of people in the restaurant. There were a lot of people that came in and ordered food to go. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. It's a Waba Grill, and the food pretty much tastes the same no matter where you go. If I am in the area, I would most definitely come back

I am very disappointed in this location. I ordered Plantspired Steak, paid extra for it and received a regular chicken bowl. Ordered the Spicy Asian salad and received the regular salad with chicken. I reached out to get this resolved because it is frustrating getting home and finding out you not only didn't get what you ordered but also paid extra for something that was not actually provided to you. Don't waste your money here, I emailed them and never heard back.
