Usually Walmart takes forever to unload you. However these guys are unbelievably fast. Only few cons:1. The line of trucks to get in is HUGE. Like 40 - 60 trucks. You better be here two hours before your appointment and just get in line.2. Way too many trucks all at once making it hard to back to a dock.3. Also they don't call you when they're done. That's a HUGE negative. All other walmarts do.Other than that, people are very nice here. I would say.

Saturday, October 14th, 2023Arrived: 3:30 PMLeft: 10:08 PMHorrible workers with attitudes who fail to communicate and give simple easy instructions and apperantly can’t do their simple jobs correctly. Don’t waste your time and deny any loads that come from here if you value your time and energy. The workers here clearly can’t do their jobs correctly and want others to take the blame for it.The negligence, and the way these people are unorganized is ABSURD. Came in for a simple drop and hook, that over time turned into 8 hours of waiting all day.First of all, they hold us for 2-3 hours at the gate because they think the location that our load is heading is incorrect. Then, only to find out in the office that it was INDEED correct. We finally drop the trailer, however, we find out that our load is in THE WRONG TRAILER, so then we’re having to go back to the original trailer we dropped, pick it up, drive it back around to the loading dock and wait for them to pick up the incorrect trailer with our load, and load it onto us which takes more hours of wait time. Finally headed out to leave after quite the frustrating ordeal, and then a bigger issues occurs. Not even a 10 second drive to the guard shack, and the load’s palettes have fallen over and broken. They’re quick to jump on us and simply say we are to blame and make us go back all around through their extremely busy and jumbled up mess of a yard, only to be told that the driver must stack it the load HIMSELF because he didn’t follow the instructions they FAILED to give us. You want load bars on a load? TELL THE DRIVER! NOT EVERY YARD REQUIRES THEM! Didn’t even leave their yard and they want the driver to do their work that he’s not even paid for. They kept us here for 8 hours just to leave with nothing and just a workday wasted.I should also mention that their bathroom is DISGUSTING. Scrolling through other reviews I’ve realized that this is obviously a common occurrence.

1st time here, will be last. 2 "Yard dog" trucks almost hit me. Office worker was the typical powertrip condescending type. Got told no doors available we'll call you. I move truck trailer too a horshoe area as was instructed. Get asked too move 3 times. I did not move truck a 3rd time. Will not move till I have a door. I get a call 4 hours later too go too doir 260. Truck and trailer still sitting there waiting on his paperwork. Yard dog truck asks me too move. Im not till this guy in 260 gets his paperwork and pulls out. Will not come back here again!!!!

Honestly had a great experience here. Nice facility and restrooms. Was here for a drop and hook. Appt was at 11:45pm but the trailer was getting loaded so they let me in and wait in front of my trailer at 7pm which was nice. Called before hand and they actually have people in shipping who answer and know what’s goin on! Parking on road during the day might get you hassled by security but they are super chill and let you know they won’t be there after 6pm anyways. Good luck!

This place is absolutely unprofessional in every way.Arrived 8-25 for a 0830 appointment. Was told it was rescheduled because I was checking in at 0840 due to sitting in line. Aggravated but it is what it is. It was rescheduled the next day at 0830. I got into line at 0700 and was in at 0800. Docked at 0810. Went to check in and was told that they would call. I asked how they would call if they didn't have my number. She said they would.Returned to the office at 1130 to see what was taking so long, they finally took my number and advised me that they don't have the product I'm hauling. How does that make sense if it was rescheduled from yesterday? Then I was told my load will probably be canceled in the next hour half. That makes absolutely no sense. On top of all thatThe blue office is very hard to find if you are in the 160s and nothing is marked out to find it. I even called the phone number and got a guy who worked in the office and told me he didn't even know where it was. Like, are you kidding me? You are sitting inside of it, and you don't know where it is.It is on the completely other side of the building after walking around for 20 minutes, I finally found it.Yard drivers are disrespectful and always in a rush. Speeding throughout the yard. So watch out if you're walking in the yard. The offices are extremely slow and have no clue what's going on.

Went there to pickup a pre loaded trailer. Black lady at the office was very rude and racist. Never in my 5 years of trucking have I experienced someone so unprofessional and stupid especially at a Walmart. She mocked my English, didn’t let me finish what I was saying, gave me the wrong trailer and wouldn’t accept it. I had to wait for 5 hours just to get the load shifted from a different trailer to mine just because of her ignorance and lack of communication

На улице есть место, где стоять. Заезжать за час до аппойнтмента. Быстро выгружают

Slow not very responsive. Communication is terrible even when leaving phone number for them to call when something is finished like a rework for an overweight. Drivers drive very fast in lot be careful.

My shipped messed us up by putting our final drop in front of walmarts products. The would not move the 2 Pallets. They would not let me move the two Pallets. We have to get someone to rework the load and come back 24 hours later. Next drop was too far to deliver and come back. Driver Notes. Can only come 1 hour early. No overnight parking. The lines to go throught the gurad shack can get very long. The roads outside have Security that makes you move.

Easy drop and hook. After going through guard shack go left to the 2ndcand 3rd rows from end to drop empty. Loads will be in the last row. Check in is around back of building. When leaving yard outbound gate is down left near loaded trailers. Truck stop with scale is on corner of Riverside drive and Bustamante rd.

Really timely service, polite people, room to wait all along block, food truck. Just don’t show up until an hour before your appointment or you will have to wait outside. Limited spaces some are marked no parking fire lane. Campers and sandy pull outs on main road in..otr enter right lane only check in guard then door 117 drop off paperwork. Assign door, break seal, slide tandems, remove load locks, back into door unhook from trailer wait for fork driver to bring your paperwork to you. No idle..

The gate people, yard dogs and even the guy who put the flag on my trailer where all wonderful but SOMEONE needs to talk to the RECEIVING OFFICE personnel about their attitudes and the way they talk to the drivers! Drivers are the reason they have a job maybe they should be reminded of that with their hateful, short attitudes. ?I would give ZERO stars for the office people If I could!

Had a 1600 appt get here at 1500 trailer did not get into door til 1745. Trailer was finished at 2200. Go inside to get paperwork then was informed the paperwork wouldn't be ready til the loader gets back from lunch. In my opinion finish all paperwork before you go to lunch so drivers can get out of the yard in a timely manner. Worst walmart dc I've ever loaded or delivered to ever. Please fix this matter Wal-Mart
