The most disgusting place we ever been to. The staff was horrible. Me and my husband and our two children ages five and newborn booked this hotel for a family event that was close by. We arrived at 10pm and when we checked in we were told to put down $50 deposit cash before we can check into our room, which we didn’t mind but we just didn’t know about it. when we entered the room, We immediately saw the place looked disgusting and looked like it was not even cleaned by housekeeping. We checked the beds and the sheets weren’t even changed, they were dirty and even found eye lashes on them. The bathroom towels look like they were used and just put back onto the shelves. I went back downstairs to the front desk to tell them that our sheets look like they weren’t cleaned nor changed. She immediately accused me of putting a bike into the room and started giving me attitude when it was just some random guy riding his bike in the parking lot who I had no association with and she then started to explain to me that housekeeping is closed and I just told her If I can have new sheets and I’ll change it myself. She supposedly gave me new sheets, but when I got back to the room those looked really nasty too. The bathroom and room just looked really disgusting to the point where I was scared to let my kids sit on the bed so we decided we couldn’t stay the night there, so my husband decided to call different hotels last minute at 11pm. We booked for 2 nights and didn’t even stay. The next morning my husband went back to check out 1 day early. When he went to check out the employee accused him of leaving the room open and asked if we were still in there. I just felt horrible cause we were getting accused left and right for things we didn’t do and it was just a terrible experience and waste of money and time as we didn’t even stay. If you have a family stay away from this place. I have never been to a hotel that was that disgusting and with terrible customer service.

Very dirty! customer service was good, wasn’t informed we had to leave $50 cash deposit per room when arriving (this isn’t including what you already paid to book the rooms). neighbors were very loud and arguing all night, we had kids with us and kids were so terrified of all the yelling and screaming outside. Would not recommend if traveling with kids or family in general!! The bed sheets had like a make up stain, pillow case was dirty, sink was just so dirty, counter tops had dried contacts onto the counter from the previous people who stayed. Very dirty!!

Don't BOOK ONLINE IF YOU HAVE ada SERIVCE DOG.
They will take your money and also when you check in they will tell you no room are available on the first floor.
Been dealing with trying get my money back since February this year.
The phone number don't work for the hotel
They ada serivce are welcome but they will scammed you outta money.
So now we outta 200 bucks because of this.

Had a terrible experiance here. First of all the phone number they have listed does not work so when i tried to call for questions it does not work. They say you have to message them. They cancelled my booking because of my service animal that is ADA registered claimed they only allow service animals on first floor and all rooms below were taken even though i already had paid 668 dollars for 3 nights ! I was able to get my money back through booking.com but it does not go back right away so if i needed that money they 100% screwed me over. My service animal is very well trained and its his job to keep me safe if you have a service animal this place is not somewhere i would recomend. Luckily for me the place next door to them was a lot more friendlier and allowed me to keep my service animal with us on the second floor. The building looks old and poorly maintained. The only good thinng about this place is that its cheap. So if you like cheap dirty and unwilling to work with you reserve here otherwise stay away.

This hotel was my second option since the one next to this one had no availability. It was $120 for 2 beds. Plus a $60 cash deposit that is refunded when we check out. I asked for a deposit receipt and the guy helping me out said we don’t give receipt for deposits, everyone pays $60. I got a room on the second floor and I will start by saying that the floor was dirty. You can tell it was not mopped. Second, the bed sheets were gross. It has stains and hair. You can tell right away those sheets were not changed. Luckily I had an extra bed sheet that I put over those yucky ones. I was not in the mood to argue I just wanted to sleep since we were tired. When I checked out the guy behind the window wanted to give me $50 back as my deposit. I told him I was $60 what I gave. He showed me a sticky note that said $50 I told him No! I need my $60 back and I was denied to a receipt in the first place because I knew this would happen. He gave me my $60 back but I don’t recommend this hotel. They will take your deposit and the bed sheets were not changed.
