Unfortunately Williams does not provide support to customers, if you are a homeowner. I asked a couple is simple questions about safety of venting the cozy direct vent furnace out through a wall with vinyl siding. If additional protection would be required, but I hey do not provide answers to homeowners.

Same results. Waited for pick up for over 10 minutes. Called back and went to sales. Was on hold for 5 minutes but did get in touch with someone and parts are on the way.
