I bought a set of vans 1 week ago, and they were coming apart, the manager very rude and unprofessional refuse to exchange them very lack of professional people in that store.

ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES IN A SIZE THEY DID NOT HAVE. THE SHIPPED IT AND SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT IT HAD ARRIVED AND HAD BEEN RECEIVED, I WENT DOWN TO PICK UP AND THE STORE MANAGER HELPED ME OUT AND STATED THAT THEY HAD NOT ARRIVED YET, EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THE CONFIRMATION THEY SAID IT HAD NOT ARRIVED, WENT THE NEXT DAY AND THE SAME RESPONSE AND SHE CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE AND IT SEEMED THEY HAD ARRIVED AFTER I HAD LEFT THE DAY BEFORE. THAT'S THE LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THE STORE.

They sold me 2 different shoes and ididnt realize it until months later when my daughter told me they was different by this time the shoes are old and I can’t find a receipt to return them I’ll post a picture later in these comments to show the difference

I placed an order online and got a confirmation email that stated women's 5.5; I walked in told the representative and they kept insisting I ordered wrong. I showed my email stating WOMEN'S size and he stood quiet and tried to figure it out on their computer system. He called over what I can only assume who the manager is... This loud lady blatantly kept insisting I did something wrong and again I showed them the email stating WOMEN'S order. After searching the store for the size I wanted the shoes were not found despite online saying they were in stock. I ended up getting a refund.

The customer service was great! This day and age it's so nice to see there is still people that care about customer service I wish I remember her name I think Melissa but could be wrong lol sorry ! I will never go to the one on Waterman and ninth Street ever again I have spent so much money there. I took a pair of shoes back for my granddaughter that she never wore. She just tried them on, and he said that they had been worn and would not give me a refund and or another pair of shoes. The shoes are brand new. He says he’s the one that sold them to me so he would’ve noticed that evidently he didn’t and the attitude was totally ugly and the area is not safe, so I will not be going to the ninth and Watermann WSS again because of the management and the safety of the parking lot.

Girls need to be on same page. Asked about ordering online, 3 Girls, 3 different answers. Customer service was just ok. You walk in and help yourself.
