“Amazing customer service I went to every tire place in collusa because I was driving on a donught one one front tire and wire showing and a screw in the other and I already had two tires just needed them mounted and then found out my tires I had given to me were no good .......he totally helped me figure it out and I was able to safely make it home ......I would recommend Colusa Tires and Wheels to anyone and everyone!!!!!! “If I could give 10 stars, I would.
We blew a tire in the middle of nowhere on I-5 while on our way to pick up a horse we had rescued. We were on an incredibly tight timeline to meet her transport, and completely stranded. We called multiple places trying to find anyone who could come help us, and no one gave us the time of day.
Mitch, the manager at this location answered our call and personally drove out to help us and escorted us back to the shop.
Our plan was just to have them put our spare on so we could make it to Stockton, instead, we left with a new tire at no cost 😭
I don't think Mitch and his team will ever fully understand what they did for us that day. To them it may have been helping a stranded family with a tire, but to us, they became part of a much bigger story. They genuinely played a part in saving a life that day.
There are still incredibly good people in this world, and Mitch and his team are some of them. We will never forget the kindness, generosity, and compassion they showed us.
