If I could I would only give a half a star it’s crazy how there site says there open at 8am but there not even open, & the other employee is just waiting outside like it’s the thing to do. I don’t know why the employee that’s waiting out side doesn’t have their own set of keys to get In the store, it is so un-professional! He shouldn’t have to wait out side for a manger that couldn’t be responsible or on time to open the store. That’s just so unprofessional behavior when the manger should be setting example on being on time for Their employee. Over 20 min late so far & it’s a Sunday morning July,6,2025 and still no manger here to open the door. How are you supposed to have any business if you hire unreliable people for your business this is a big loss to the company when they could be making sales. Not happy customers at all AutoZone, you can Do so much better.

Workers need to start checking their returns. I was sold a used/ damaged aire filter. Cashier knew there was damage to box and didn't think to check it for me as he should've. People are returning used filters apparently. Be careful and check your boxes !

Colusa autozone is one of friendliest auto-zones I've ever experienced, always willing to help me get the right products, i don't know much about cars so they always explain the parts and how they work, one of the best costumer service ! 100% would recommend.

I’m a loyal member of autozone at the Yuba city location and I had an issue with your employee Oscar Ramos (with the stained front teeth) on 10/25/23 who you sent over to the Yuba city location for coverage helpOscar Who was very rude and escalated a situation out of hand instead of walking way and letting someone els handle the issue. Your employee was very rude and arrogant and refused to listen to the issue with my purchased product. I asked your employee to remove himself from the argument and he declined multiple times. After I told him he had horrible customer service he stated I had a horrible attitude, (my attitude was based on his demeanor and the situation he had created) he got into a very arrogant attitude.Even after he was asked again by another employee to remove himself and I had another employee step in to help me with my issue your employee Oscar did not want to remove him self from the situation and became very rude and and kept making comments and kept making the situation worst. He also told me he would be covering for 2 months at the YUBA CITY store so I'm welcome to stay away if I don't wanna see him since he's helping with coverage. This is the type of employee you have helping with coverage from your Colusa store at your YUBA CITY LOCATION.Thank you for the girl that was there who originally did my order because she solved the problem the same way they had before by swapping the incorrect item in the box. All your arrogance wasn't needed Oscar because she did exactly everything I had asked you to do and you refused to do. SHE HAS THE SERVICE STANDARDS SHE SOLVED THE ISSUE THE SAME WAY YOU COULD HAVE BUT DIDN'T GREAT JOB.

Staff are knowledgeable. Plenty of parts and tools you could need to work on your car. Staff are funny and have rousing conversations which brings a great small town atmosphere which I greatly appreciate. They're not just employees they enjoy working together.

They had two young people working, one was outside with a customer, the other was inside on the phone with a customer that didn't know that all batteries are different, I got tired of waiting, I left and won't be going back to that location, even with the gift card I got for that store.
