“Great customer service! Visited for the first time in Colusa.
I had recently moved and had my new checks ordered and delivered to my new address but I NEVER received them. Tri Counties is one of the banks I use.
I went into this location and was presently surprised of how professional and welcoming the staff was! I was fortunate to have DIANA F wait on me - she was so knowledgeable and put my concerns at ease. She made sure no checks had been written on my account and also handled the cancellation and creation of a new account with ease and efficiency!
I was so thankful that the process was not lengthy - thanks to Diana's expertise! Also thanks to Stephanie for great customer service at the front counter !
