Well I've been going here for years now.. I have to say I love the place as well as the staff!! The only downside I have ever experienced is the times they are open on weekends.. a lot of people have errands to run on weekends... which makes it hard to run all your errands and get back to the gym for a work out before they close at 2pm... I hope at some point the hours change!!

I have taken the lunch time express class and their evening boot camp so far. Lisa has been my instructor for both and she is great! They offer so many modifications for what I need with knee injuries. Everyone in the class is friendly as well, very much looking forward to becoming a regular.

For a small city gym, they have a great variety! I like this gym more than Gold's gym because it is not overcrowded & there are plenty of times to get in and out without waiting for a machine or bench press. Plenty of free weights and the essential bench presses. They also have male & female locker rooms w/ bathroom. They have shots of pre-workout powder & water bottles for $1 each. They have plenty of treadmills. They also have stair steppers, elliptical, and row machines. 3 flat, 2 incline, 1 decline bench presses. Plenty of dumbbells with benches. Having been to many big name gyms I can say this has been the best experience yet. If you are looking for a place to chit chat & stand around gawking at women, avoid. If you are looking for a place to get your workout done and be able to focus, this is the place!

The 5:00 am class in Arbuckle is awesome, those 45 minutes goes by fast and Melissa keeps us going and she does a great job changing the exercises to reach all parts of your body.
