The young lady is really welcoming, I love her attitude. However, her co-worker on the chunkier side has no positive attitude. I go in and it’s like she don’t want to be there. Her sales skills are no near presentable nor professional. She either needs more training or needs to get out.

This over weight Hispanic girl was rude, I saw a couple of bad reviews about an employee and i don’t know if it’s the one who attended me as well. I just wanted to switch from another company and she had terrible costumer service her attitude was just so negative and sounded like she didn’t want to be there. I went again the following day in the evening around 5pm and got assistance by a younger Hispanic lady with brown hair. Lovely service from her, she had a lovely smile and great attitude. She actually had awesome costumer service. I suggest going when the younger lady with the beautiful smile is there. ?

Went a Sunday a couple a weeks ago, and this lady on the Not to be rude but heavier side with blondish highlights had really bad manners. She ended closing the store at 4:15 pm Sunday after I had left. I went again on a Thursday and she was there again, I saw her thru the window and the store was closed at 6:20pm the stores closing hours say 7:00pm And for sundays at 5:00pm. If the store closes early again, I’ll call corporate.

Been here and at Williams a couple of times. The staff members are awesome?. They are all easy to communicate with. I understood their plans they had to offer. Only bad thing is that when I’ve gone, the main manager has bad under arm Odor. He has black curly-ish hair, black beard, and black hair. Someone needs to teach him how to wash his cloth and put deodorant.

Very nice people they gave me a discount when I switched 4 lines over. I really loved there positive attitudes they had. I truly recommend going to activate your lines they know what they are doing.

I was really disappointed in cricket this month. You see I am a employee for Colusa County Behavioral Health on the crisis team. My job requires I be on call sometimes thru out the night my boss must be able to reach me by phone. So on July 1st I went into the cricket store in Colusa to pay my bill. Your agent stated my bill was 62.00 dollars I asked if that included both lines plus the insurance on one line. Your agent assured me that it did and I paid the bill. So then the 4th of July I am the crisis person on duty. I used my home at 8:15 that ight the next I checked my phone it was around 12:45 am and it was shut off. Upon investigation I discovered that it was shut off by cricket due to a remaining part of the bill in the amount of 12:00 dollars. I was able to pay the raining amount online and it was turned back on right away. If not I could of lost my job with the county. Well today I went into my local cricket store and explained what had happened he investigated and discovered his agent had made a mistake. He did aologize for the mistake . However I feel as if cricket should of complimented both of my phone lines with free top of the line phone cases. Now I will know if you even read these things or not because someone should contacting me regarding this issue. And if not I am thinking about switching to a different and more caring service. Thank you for your time in this matter
